That jedi Anakin kills at the start, should have been Ahsoka Tano. Imagine that. But how was she even still alive by that point when she got killed by Grevious early on in another deleted scene? Besides, this isn't everything since Yoda arriving on Dagobah isn't included.

Is it just me, or did many of these scenes actually make it into the movie? Some were changed slightly, some seemed the same. And a fair proportion of the time saved seemed to be from extended versions of the Obi-Wan/Grievous fight, and the Obi-Wan/Anakin fight (which were already long in the final version). Subtracting those things, it seems to me that not a ton of material was left out, although some of those things were nice. I especially liked the argument about Artoo’s beeps. :)
