    Michael Won, how do you know that it is true? Lets use some common sense. If there was genocide, why would China recognize them as a minority? If it was true, why would the top actresses in China be Uighurs? If it was true, why can people go there and visit? If it was true, why would China pour in billions of dollars to develop the region?

    Can we stop pretending "Asian" includes Indians? In american English, "Asian" means east asian and south east Asian. That's it. If we include Indians, which is so culturally different from actual Asians, just because they are geographically in Asia, we might as well include middle easterners cuz they are also geographically in Asia. What about Europeans? They don't have a real continent, they just drew an imaginary line in Asia and call it Europe. Are they also Asians?

    • @싸넬동지-1
      @싸넬동지-1 14 часов назад

      No, it doesn't work like that. The term you're looking for is : Mongoloid...that's probably the only trait separating you by "race". Which removes Indians from the pool but include Inuits from Canada and Russia and also the American Indians. Even though the concept of race is nonsensical to me since we're all one race : the Human race. If we start inventing new words to exclude some countries we're going to have a loooot of different terms.

    Even the word Chai came from Chines word Tea " 茶 ". The British stolen the secrets of tea horticulture and manufacturing. Then brought it to India, that's how India started to grow and sell tea. " In 1848, the British East India Company sent Robert Fortune on a trip to China's interior, an area forbidden to foreigners. Fortune's mission was to steal the secrets of tea horticulture and manufacturing. The Scotsman donned a disguise and headed into the Wu Si Shan hills in a bold act of corporate espionage. "

      Invented in Taiwan. Boba is slang for big breast girls, back in the 80's in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Boba the first I heard it refered to Amy Yip the a popular Hong kong 80s big boobs actress. 珍珠奶茶 or pearl milk tea is the proper name but it changed to be called 波霸 or boba slang for big breasts milk tea. Legend says the first shop that sold it had a girl with big breasts making the drinks so the guys called her drinks boba milk tea instead of Pearl milk tea. This is just a story but the term stuck around till today. 😂

Jill Stein uses the anti-war movement to make money but as someone who has documented work within the Green Party the fascination with the "elites" in the 3rd party and socialist space is quite sad. Jill Stein's treatment of indigenous people and workers at home shows her true priorities.

    Teachers are tired because it's hard enough doing their job while also having to play the disciplinarian role due to problems that start in the home. The principal is going to do what he needs to do to protect the school from lawsuits, which is guided by lawyers. You can act shocked but that's the reality for private and charter schools that will protect their interests and legacy first and foremost. My cousin once told me about his friend whose child (korean) was being bullied and asked me about solutions. I said you gotta teach the boy how to fight. I had my son in wrestling since he was 5 yo on top of 5 years of bjj. There were a couple of instances where he changed schools and someone tried to bully him but quickly backed off once they found out he was a wrestler. It is an INCREDIBLE deterrent against bullies and empowering for himself knowing that he can takedown and control just about anyone in school because he did that against trained wrestlers every week in competition since age 5. When it comes to conflicts he fears no one even when his friend group always consisted of nerds. Now in college, my wife told his roommates to be careful walking around at night when one replied not to worry because our son would protect them. 😂 I've been recently teaching him boxing and how to apply his wrestling for street fighting; when and how to use footwork to create distance and circle-out against wild flurries and boxing while backing up with jabs and check hooks; when to shoot for takedowns when someone is moving forward throwing punches, and why not to against multiple assailants. I also take elbows from muay thai and headbutts from lethwei for close-range attacks in tight spaces. Can't be a master of everything so quickly but i can teach him to be well-versed in a few things to add to his extensive wrestling background and make him very competent in self-defense. The most important thing is to teach him to always de-escalate conflicts and walk away because anyone can be carrying a weapon, and only to fight when his life is threatened. Don't worry about the 6 year old. He doesn't have ptsd and needs his ass whipped into shape. Now is the time to turn him into that spartan warrior by letting this experience fuel his training forward rather than allowing it to pussify him. I recommend training only 3 days per week of real combat (wrestling or bjj, boxing or muay thai) and be careful not to allow sparring to the head in striking. Just know how to strike, defense (most important) and tactics and mix it in with his ground game and the kid will be legit in middle and high school where these skills really count.

    53:57 the term "white" was created to support european imperialism and "white supremacy" by creating a group where they usually would divide and conquer. The only way to beat it is to divide the european ethnicities, divide "white", and call usa political and financial hegemonic power european power. Same with australia and all former european colonies. If the imperialists wanna be woke, then wake them up to what their actual ethnicity is. Divide them 🤷‍♂️

      @@dwallace67 I mean if it's really how he feels/thinks i cannot blame him. I also have this bias sometimes towards many Westerners, first because of my experiences here where i live, being bullied for a very long time even up until my 30's by some of them. The management in your company being overly preoccupied by you rather than other "white" that aren't working at all... you know you tend to wonder "why" the persistence... The HR telling casually we can't give people who want to travel abroad longer vacation... Although you know why deep down but the R word has been overused so they'll minimize. Also seeing how they behave in Asian countries, not respecting the rules because of their "freedom" or wish to be badboys type of behavior. And believe me even in the DPRK... it's not too bad but still you frown. Also had tons of bad experiences with South Koreans having my own experiences with the DPRK is definitely something that doesn't interests them to the point of hating you too even if it's the purpose is knowledge. Which explains some of my saltiness...and pretty much settled the side i chose. I am not entirely closed to talks of course, i have one 아주미/friend that i talk with on the occasion, it's not easy to make Korean friends, even harder if you're outside of the Western sphere, and more so if not pro democracy... American Koreans it's different, i had better success engaging because it's more nuanced than South Koreans. But as most foreigners in a foreign country, you have always the two opposites : The "collaborators" (as i call it, kinda pejorative in France, which was given to the "people" working with the |\|azi)which go as far as bending over and doing like them to feel assimilated, you know the Maslow concept of belonging to a group. I can understand we all did it to a certain degree ...until we notice that we're just a second class citizen and we'll be among the first ones to be thrown under the bus if things get shaky. Sorry for the brick wall ^^"

      @@dwallace67 I'll try to put context and little chronology than just saying "i drank water and i told myself hey lets visit one of the most dangerous place in the World" To be honest i was always fascinated by Asian cultures, i mean...you can see some of my music playlists on my channel but i am naturally more conservative-ish while "modern" if that makes sense. Like everyone the 90's with manga era Saint Seiya, DBZ, Cats eyes, Niki Larson ... then my father decided to buy a TV to a kid of 9 years old to have in my room... Became HUGE fan of Jackie Chan god that man made me laugh so much! Watch even those movie that goes straight to TV that few or nobody watches but i loved some of those, they had unknown gems (like some Indian movies lasting for like 4hours) I was so curious! Everything was a new door to knowledge even if stereotypical. 2008 was i believe the year i watch my first South Korean drama, the 2000's era of drama was my gold, it was rough because even at the time finding subtitles in French was near impossible (one of the reason my first goal was to learn English and open the World book so to speak, you reach so many new databases it's insane) I felt like, huh, i think i can learn this language, i managed to learn few words, i met a Korean priest in my city to try to learn but his French was near inexistent, it kind of was something like being jaded, not disappointed but i was easily crushed having this barrier... felt like had too many problems i had to deal with myself (being weird as a person with being bullied is a bad mix at 20years old) I got cold feet because of silly things... even stopped watching Korean dramas, i guess people could easily deter me from my goal as foolish as it was. Even someone asked me which Korean i was referring to... and you know how we are taught to automatically say "Communism bad" after googling i answered South Korea because i didn't know anything about that separation. *Huge introspection the following years* 9 years later (6 months before 30 years old) I had a life crisis so to speak, the voice inside wakes up : *You forgot you have to learn Korean* Got a teacher here, didn't go very well... during that time i was watching dramas again and these Defector testimonies, i started like everyone laugh at the DPRK and the more i was watching and the more i was like "Wait, this is far-fetched, this is ridiculous, there is no way" i was noticing inconsistencies, exaggeration, especially as someone who fled war i had my own experiences to compare it to. I was harassed at work by bullies, and also bullied by the management... they led me to question that so called freedom in the West and started to question what i've been gaslighted to in School. Believe even know i remember when they were making us look at a picture to falsely introduce us to critical thinking "Look what they do in "Africa", they use kids for war" while in reality being indoctrination... I still remember after 20 years the picture and realized these kids were probably Revolutionary defending their land because they were lacking man power! Started to read books on my country (Yugoslavia) especially the biography of our leader Tito. 1 month in my 30's i decided, i feel i am a broken man, i had to do something to unlock myself. Went straight to the DPRK, had flashbacks of my own country when it was still Communist to the World ( more Socialist-like). I asked the guide, i heard there's a school in the DPRK, can you help me. He gave me the email address of his brother to help find a proper way to come back at more acceptable prices! That's how it started, now there are other reasons why i am sticking to this all but it's more related to character, psychology, to some degree philosophy, the Confucianist aspects that is an ongoing project on top of learning the language. It's very hard to learn Korean without Koreans, i got several North's books and watching tons of movies without subtitles, spending 10hours some days just listening to a random North's talk show. It's a slow process but i WILL talk fluently! (eventually ) especially that i've stopped entirely watching South's dramas 3 years ago committing entirely to have proper North accent. I did study with a South teacher few months a ago only through google docs... Ended up scammed 2 lessons ^^" i tried again and i got another bad experience... Everyone is taking the high morale grounds on me, it's tiring to try to explain that i am here for knowledge of course i do not want democracy in the South, otherwise i would've taken a normal lesson! "Why you ask?! You know the answer" I mean i can put aside my views to have a proper time with someone, why people can't put aside theirs so we spend a great time nonetheless ?! Anyways...the wall of text is even worse on this one ^^" There are so many things to say!

    Wow, heated dispute regarding white supremacy! AOC doesn’t look white to me, first of all. I agree with Mr. Choi. Not all whites are supremacists. I think Doug knows that but express his anger differently. Let’s all cool down.

    To be honest i've never seen fairness in Western education. I've never seen a white kid being punished even from bullying or hurting (me, a foreigner) But everytime i slapped one of those kids, i was severely punished. The situation you're talking about seem like a similar pattern... It's f*cked up right ?

    Thank you for the Media Attention. We can take other steps: 1) Escalate to the school district and file a formal complaint. 2) Contact a civil rights/education lawyer and ask them to send a legal letter. 3) File a complaint with the US Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights (OCR) since racial discrimination is suspected 4) File a complaint with CA state's education department.

    6 white kids brutally beat a Korean kid at a school that's probly %95 white and Asian. How did I know black people were about to get tied up in it somehow... Never fails 🙄

    Doug, people who share your passion for justice out numbers the people who are against you. Keep up your spirit; perseverance makes a real difference. And it looks like you're surrounded my 3 great people who truly care about you.
