If we are serious about doing Megatron as a gun, one could always make him a Weaponiser. That way, you don't have to worry too much about mass-shifting because every part of him turns into a gun.

I'm surprised Perspective hates the live-action Bumblebee design. I think it's one the best designs in the Bayverse, the door wings are so cute and I love the yellow Camaro with black stripes. He looks more like a bee than G1 Bumblebee. The only thing I don't like about him is his face.

I've always hated Megatron being a flying vehicle, cause I feel like that should be Starscream's thing. The wfc shows suck, but I love the scene where Megatron says "You can't do anything right" and then starscream says "I can fly".

Megatron does fire himself in g1, though it's only like once or twice
