i dont know how to beat this one, ive tried it 4 times and turned it down to beginner and within 15 minutes im being blown away by HUNDRED of enemy tier 2 units that jsut blow up my turrets like they arent even there the ai didnt even attack you with a TENTH of the amount of units they sent against me

0:18 slight correction - he didnt do that to avoid overflowing metal - he went for tripple mex open which cant be done without stalling energy for a moment, so what you want to do to get 3 mexes up asap is make a solar for 2-3 seconds before starting mex (as it doesnt drain E so you accumulate a bit more) and then finishing solar. This is the fastest way to get 3 mexes going, good for metal deficient maps or when starting wind is low so you are forced to make a solar anyway.

Great game! What kind of counters can you even have in this situation vs spy bots? They seem really frustrating and counter-intuitive to play against, since I assume they are radar-immune?

I think that how much people eco in the beginning depends more on the map size

Great match, also want to say thank you for deecent camera moves. For some reason other casters tend to overuse mouse wheel which makes me a sea sick.

Fun game! I hate playing maps like this, but it's good to watch some other to learn.

Great cast! Would love to see way more 1v1s, everybody else is doing 4v4 and 8v8 so it\s hard to find 1v1s. I think 1v1s are way better at showing the complexity of the game, they show direct choices and consequences and just have less factors in play like being saved by teammates when getting countered. We learn a lot more from seeing how 2 players think when they play individually and react to each other with direct purposes. There's alot of AWESOME replays to be found directly on BAR website by all in top 20 leaderboards and they sometimes make for amazing matches to learn from! More of that please! thanks! :D

I found this match very interesting because it shows how wildly asimetric the factions are. T1 about equal, T2 largely in favor of Cortex while back again T3 in favor of Armada. It is also interesting how much pro vs pro matches start with lots of eco while evey pro vs noob match, the pro is much more aggressive. Also pin a comment about how the com was detected. So you don't have to keep replying.
