Sorry but there isn't even a discussion who won this draft. It is obviously Kenny. Why? The one game I want to play most - and by that I mean I desperately want to play it - is The Revenant Society. Add Harvest which is just beautiful and two nice little small box games to that and... voilá. We have a winner.

I vote Kenny for winning the draft. A well regarded big box game. The two little trick takers have received really good reviews. And a cool one off RPG! Good variety and good games.

Mori is a weird but cool trick taker. I could not wrap my head around the strategy…I averaged right about 0 points a round!😂. I still enjoyed it, though.

I think you made a mistake: when you take health away from Hans, you start with the minor dark power and also remove the card.

Half of these is pure trash which you will never or play ones. Slay the Spire is available in steam for few bucks, never ever buy board games available digitally. Pagan nice, undaunted suppose to be good. Anyway you purchase there a great time, that’s the main thing.

Pagan is a very good two player game. I can't wait for the expansions because it will allow for some deck building for each side.

Photograph is fun but I think I can’t teach it because it seems to break everyone I play it with. Kind of reminds me a little of scout since it’s about manipulating the way the cards are in your hand but with a drafting element

Love the video! I recently watched another video on the topic of hauls being annoying or great. For me it's the latter. I just love seeing people enjoying what they got and maybe finding one or two games for my wishlist. First I want to give you my thoughts about the thumbnail which is hilarious in my mind. Doolin looks more like this video was called "What sould did we devour at GenCon?" and Max seems to warn us that the suspect is armed and dangerous. 😂 Dracula Vs Van Helsing has been on my list for quite some time now. Unfortunately I didn't manage to get a cooy in Essen last year. Through the Desert might be interesting for me as well. All those classics are pretty new to me as well since I've only been in the hobby for a bit over a year. (By the way, you might think of Penguin Party as "the penguin game". The one where you build a pyramide?) Rebel Princess and Seers Catalog are almost on my list, I need to see a bit more of them. Spectral is one of those games that somehow went to my list for the cover only. But once I learned more about it, it stayed there. Same for Pagan. Murray the not so nice Frog looks hilarious. I really want to get that. And somehow I want to play Get Bit as well. Cute games always kind of call my name. So I totally get you, Doolin. If you like War Story Occupied France, Doolin, you might want to check out Dutch Resistance: Orange Shall Overcome.

I love the way editor you is rushing you along by putting up your score before you have finished speaking 😂. I haven’t heard of a lot of these games as I have veered almost entirely into campaign games like 7th Citadel, Sleeping Gods, ISS Vanguard etc. but I do like a roll and write… with Railroad Ink I went app only due to my aversion to drawing. Hope you had a great time in Ireland, I’m in Dublin and went to Uni in Galway and so now I must buy the Button Shy game you played on your train journey (work with me here!)

I just played my first game as well, cool game. One question, I don't think yuo get to put your cards back to purchase immediately, I think it skips an action phase? Was wondering if the hans ref was kingdom come deliverance?

Super interesting list! I've only played Moonrakers but have been interested in trying Fractured Sky. For some reason, I'm just not very interested in Brink, maybe because it feels like just a lot for me lol idk. I'll probably end up trying it, I did back Moonrollers though, really excited to try that one out!

I am very glad El Grande is back in print. It is such a timeless design. One of the quintessential 5 player games. Do not get me wrong, it is still fantastic at 4, but it sings with 5 people. I am not keen to play El Grande at 3. I would rather play San Marco or Web of Power if there were 3 players and wanted an area majority game. Glad people are still discovering and enjoying it.

I found Fuse on clearance for like $11 last month, but decided not to buy it because I already have Rapid Response, and didn't think I'd need both in the collection. Interesting that you disagree!

Kudos to you on continuing this challenge. My collection is at 50 and I still have games I haven’t touched!

I am going to have to look into a few of these games. I know about most of them, but still need to look into some of them more after hearing your thoughts. You’re doing great at getting the games to the table though. I’ve had Merchants of Magick for almost 2 years. I really need to get that one to the table. I also own Pandemic Rapid Response and Fuse, and I’m stoked on them as well. I’m hoping to go to GenCon next year, and maybe I will see the crew when I go! Would be dope to see you guys there haha.

You put all the cards back into the economy too early. The cards used shouldnt be available for purchase until the planning phase of the following turn.
