13:10 This, I disagree, because you’re giving more strict rating system. I think it should be like this. Y: Young Children; Alvin and the Chipmunks cartoons G - Toy Story, Charlie Brown, Hotel Transylvania, and “Inside Out” should be that rating. PG - Who Framed Rodger Rabbit, Spaceballs, Big, and Beetlejuice; I wish modern movies with this rating could be like could be like these movies that I mentioned. PG-13 - Jaws and Watership down should’ve been this rating. And they should allow the F-bomb to be used 3 times like Doc Hollywood, American President, and as Good as it gets. And the F-bomb should be allowed for sexual context as long as it’s not being described in detail. 13-year olds should know what that means nowadays. And “The King’s speech” should’ve gotten that rating. And just like “Red Dawn”, they should allow a little bit of blood when it come to shooting to show the damage a gun can do. R - Just like 17, it should be changed to 15 since we teenagers are looking at stuff on the internet. NC-15; there should be movies that are R-rated now like The Wolf of Wall Street, Basic Instinct, Saw, and Casino that is obvious that as child under 15 should watch that shit since R for under 17 is a suggestion. I mean, everybody should have a common sense to know that those are the movies that no children should see.

I’m willing to write the last season off as a gas leak season but season five needs to deliver quality characters and writing.

Fun fact: 1968's Dracula: Has Risen from the Grave was rated G, and still is today. If released today or even back in the 90's, it would at very least be a hard PG-13 movie. In fact, the sequel to it (Taste the Blood of Dracula) was rated PG, and is re-rated R today, but this is still G. The movie's cover alone should suggest that this is far from a G-rated movie.

I think this rating system is too strict. I think we need a rating system that is lenient but cautious. Different kids can can handle different things. Personally, I like Common Sense Media's approach and IMDB's content warning system. If you were to combine these two systems with a revised MPA rating system, that could be a great improvement over our current system. Here's how I would revise the ratings... Pre-G -- movies that are for toddlers that few people above the age of 6 would actually enjoy G -- movies that are appropriate to be viewed at any age. Most Disney animated movies would fall into this category. PG -- movies that are appropriate for most 7 year olds or older. Avengers or Incredibles are good examples. PG-13 -- movies that are appropriate for most 12 year olds or older, and is basically a baby R. Movies that have intense scenes but aren't violent enough for an R rating. There may be romantic scenes but no sex or nudity. The Dark Knight is a good example of this. R -- R pretty much stays as is, but more is allowed this time. NC-18 -- pretty much the goriest and most disturbing stuff imaginable is placed in this category. Still not available to anybody under 18 years old, but hopefully would get some decent distribution. X -- bringing back X, it would be a counterpart to NC-17, but for sexual content instead. Basically too much sex for an R rating, but not enough for pron. And these ratings would be used in conjunction with the Common Sense Media and IMDB content warning categories for everyone to determine if the movie in question is appropriate for certain people to see.

When you are doing your song covers do you have to get permission from the musician who wrote the song or do you have to put a disclaimer in the description saying it’s not your music. And if so how do you put a disclaimer in the description.

I would recommend Gun raiders vr on the quest in you have one. It’s an insanely fun fast paced multiplayer shooter.

I haven't exactly made up my own MPAA rating system. I just added additional made-up ratings (and changed the meaning to one of the ratings we currently have). With my ratings added, here is my version of the MPAA rating system: G --- General Audiences (All Ages Admitted) PG --- Parental Guidance Suggested (Some Material May Not Be Suitable For Children) PG-13 --- Parents Strongly Cautioned (Some Material May Be Inappropriate For Children Under 13) *PG-15* --- Parents Extremely Cautioned (Some Material May Be Too Intense For Children Under 15) R --- Restricted (Under 17 Requires Accompanying Parent Or Adult Guardian) NC-17 --- No Children Under 17 Admitted (the original 1990-1996 rating) *NO-18* --- No One Under 18 Admitted (the equivalent to the modern NC-17 rating) *NO-21* --- No One Under 21 Admitted Ratings in *BOLD* are the new ratings I added to the original ratings. Random thoughts: -If you think this is bad, try the BBFC (the UK movie rating system) on for size. They gave The Prince of Egypt the equivalent of a G rating and A Silent Voice a 12. And that's just the start of it. -My mom once encouraged me to make my own movie rating system. Mine was G, PG, 12, 14, 16 and 18. However, it is not well defined yet because I haven't seen many movies that I would give a 16 or 18 rating. -Why is Despicable Me given a higher rating than Star Wars at 13:10?
