Bekomme ich Augenbrauenzittern wenn ich sehe, dass die Folie abgezogen wird, während der TV schon eingeschaltet ist. Wie weit ist der Abstand von Bildschirm zum Gesicht wenn man ganz normal sitzt? Ich hatere auch mit ihm, aber ich habe nicht so viel Abstand und habe momentan 98". Bei Leipzig würde ich aus Gera natürlich gern mal vorbei kommen 🙂

This Yam is for me the best technological and manufacturing quality offer at this price. Not as glamorous or gratifying as a McIntosh or an Accuphase, but better in some ways ( notably multi-functionality). That's why I just ordered a R-N2000A after a long time of listening, research and analysis, to which I added a pair of Focal Sopra 1 (+ stand).

I have to get these speakers and a Rotel Amp.

Use a subwoofer from KEF with it, it will sound way better. But match it with Dynaudio, Piega or T+A speakers.

I feel like this is suitable for cleaning relatively new records with floating dust, because the brush bristles are relatively thick and cannot enter the grooves, and for older, stubborn records with deep grooves, dirt, and mold, it should not be as powerful as ultrasonic cleaning. machine.😊

I think a better DAC like Denafrips , the S3 stands with IsoAccoustic Gaia , perhaps a class A tube set amp like Willsenton R8i wld do this spkr more justice.

oh no keith dont go please and dont play liberty please think independent, find your own test music that shows they can play real music not pluck and sounds. Play something where you can show the mix gives meaning or the speakers can play a mix and the listeners comes to apprciate how all the layers and the mix is put togehter. if you do this and the spekers sound good in this aspect you have a good speaker, you cant hear much on a piece like this. pieces like this is to hide or you dont know how to show a balanced system. this mix. theres only one instrument most of the time, it will sound okay on everything but also boring. Play something wherer you can fell hear the timing and the indivudual timbre dynamics and balance air between instruments. Clear music doesent mean good sound

I was listening ELAC dfr 52 speakers with nad c389. Great sound. Much better when I was listening with marantz pm 7000n. I can say then I started listening with nad, sound was much better.

In your opinion is a good combo the Gryphon Diablo 300 with the Kef Reference 5?

Bass has left the room with this amp. I was about to buy it but after hearing it, I went for Marantz 40n instead.

There's alot of delicate instruments that you can't hear on this recording, I hope they're coming through for you - the harp is prominent throughtout the track and sounds non existent here.

Id give my right arm to work in your shop. I have recently sound treated by lounge and my Q950 by kef sounds so much better now. Personally I dont think I need this level of audio, but I could easily be convinced hearing them Meta Ref 5's.

Audioquest Dragonfly is not the DAC to pair with these speakers. Dragonfly might be good for entry or low-mid category headphones but even an "old" Cambridge Audio Dac Magic was making a far better sound with my system myryad amp and dynaudio speakers.... The price difference? Not necessarily much.

Gee, thanks…for once again, just like almost every other reviewer…for almost not ever standing in the speakers sweet spot so I can actually, you know…listen to the speaker properly. Couldn’t tell one bit what the optimal sound of the speaker was because you never stood in front of it and stayed put🤦🏻

Would you agree that in this setup you are bypassing Rotel’s DAC and Dragonfly Red takes over? Yet at the same time you are using amplification power of the Rotel as Dragonfly Red simply would not be able to drive R3 Metas on it’s own? If all that is true, then I will soon be running R3 Metas with Chord Mojo 2 connected to analog in Yamaha 800a.
