This Yam is for me the best technological and manufacturing quality offer at this price. Not as glamorous or gratifying as a McIntosh or an Accuphase, but better in some ways ( notably multi-functionality). That's why I just ordered a R-N2000A after a long time of listening, research and analysis, to which I added a pair of Focal Sopra 1 (+ stand).
I bought the Triangle Borea 9's Speakers and found that I needed a much more powerful Amp so I bought the Yamaha R-N1000A... superb results, its Yamaha for me from now on ! You have to trust me and the other comments here as Yamaha build you a bullet proof Tank of an Amp, I'm truly impressed.
@@HoratioPercivalClackerbarrel Every day I try this amplifier on many speakers and the result is always amazing. For price and performance it is the best choice.
I was listening ELAC dfr 52 speakers with nad c389. Great sound. Much better when I was listening with marantz pm 7000n. I can say then I started listening with nad, sound was much better.
@@marwanga1124 I think going with Elac to, Quadral is great but sometimes I feel that something between highs and middles is gone :) It's strange feelings with Quadral after few days with them at home sometimes they are amazing sometimes strange and sound is dry :)

Yamaha, beautifully crafted❤

Position 30 on your Audio Dial, I cannot get my own over 40 because it is too loud and I often sit with the Volume at 50.

Elac Solano FS 287 or Quadral Platinum + 5?
Both are excellent speakers
It will be a personal preference, for me I'll go with Elac
