you are definitely going to need to grind the game before you can have a good time drifting, the front arms you got didnt add any angle the best arms let you have 62 degrees of angle and they cost streetcoin

btw the viscous diff is better then the welded bc with the viscous u can fully lock the diff but not on the welded so but it comes down to preference

How does the drift physics / self-steer on the wheel feel on carx?

This is just pure arcade, not saying it looks bad but Test Drive leans more towards being a sim. Test drive will do fine because there’s nothing else like it ATM.

To drift u first want to make sure traction control is off and you want to make sure u have the least grippy tires equipped. Next you typically want to stay on second gear for most low power cars and keep the rev limiter at max to get the most out of the car. Make sure you swing the low power cars using the handbrakes as well they struggle to turn. NOS in this game can also be used to slam the rev limiter past it max which can drastically help you get angles you couldnt before for short bursts of course, you can also use the nos to go past the gear rev limit to gain a faster acceleration useful when starting a race and to pull ahead since AI dont car about ya. When ur car has decent power and turn radius from upgrade you can also use the NOS to do 360 but you prob wont be able to do that for a while. You can also tune your tires to make them more stiff to help under power cars drift, its not a massive improvement but when your car got like 120hp u kinda need everything 😂

Title is misleading, it was not worth waiting for MOBILE PORT of the game. Its terrible. Stop doing drugs if you think it was worth it.

Bro good vid but I honestly suggest ditching this game and playing Initial D instead. Yes Initial D...the Godfather of all Touge drift games. Yes you can play basically all the Initial D games even the latest one via emulation, and they are fun as hell. Way more fun than these current gen games. If you want something that takes place in the city, play WMMT6, which is my favorite racing game of all time.

If anyone is planning to play this, grind races on controller, the ai is so brainded that it makes the races annoyingly hard. Edit: Also dont do what he did and spend your first money on a car you might want, you will need it for upgrades to progress otherwise you will be in debt

Thanks so much man. After getting my rig setup for the first time I've been struggling so hard after 2 days of practise I made very minimal progress. As soon as I applied these settings I was instantly getting a full lap with good transitions and control. Before I could get good entry, not bad maintenance but the exit and transition would bomb 🤣 legend man

I used to have that cockpit, it was the absolute worst for anything I wanted to add to my setup, I recently picked up a NextLevelRacing cockpit and I have never regretted it since❤
