It was never really a zombie show. Zombies weren't the one threat in the world collapse, people were worse. Zombies were there for the horror aspect, but this show was a post apocalypse survivor show from the jump.

A lot of people saying began just couldnt take losing in poll so he killed spencer. No. He clearly admired and respects rick. But he doesnt respext spencer for being a coward. No. He cant stand losing to spencer and looking weak after feeding carl spaghetti.

If rick and the other survivors weren't there, the raiders would have killed them all and moved in. Plain and simple fact. They were soft behind their walls. Remember, they were out welcoming other survivors that could have easily overtaken them if they wanted to. And in the new world, life isn't fair and those in the upper crust of families in charge have a way of finding themselves at the bottom easily. That's life with no rules, laws, order, and anyone to enforce anything but strength over weakness. Can't hide behind walls forever. Imagine if the governor found that place.

I already said I’m well aware that they were not as experienced or skilled as Ricks group. That still doesn’t change the fact that they were basically shafted and again Spencer lost everything important to him. Also I’m sorry but the show itself rebuts your narrow minded thinking... The Hilltop settlement for example was very similar to Alexandria... about the only difference is Negan protected it and the guy who ran it was paranoid as hell. But besides that the people there were similarly not that experienced or skilled. Only Jesus really stuck out. But exceptions don’t disprove the rule. Alexandria survived for YEARS just the same as Rick group did. Sure they weren’t as skilled but who’s to ever say if truly that way of surviving was impossible? We can’t be certain how outcomes would have gone based on speculation. You bring up the raiders as if that somehow disproves what I said on Spencer and like I said already... it doesn’t. Maybe they would have. However facts matter more then speculation. And it’s a fact that Spencer DEFINITELY lost his family, his position and many of his friends under Ricks watch. And that’s excluding Negan who comes in later... My points stand.

Nah. Negan knew exactly where rick stood and knew that over time he would plot against him, but do it with balls. Spencer was a coward and got what he deserved. Now if spencer would have brought all this up to ricks face in front of negan, could have been a different story. At least he would have shown negan he wasn't afraid of rick, and he wasn't going behind ricks back. Like an open challenge to be chief/leader/whatever.
