Hey, hey!!! I am glad to see a new video. Congratulations, Dr. Reese. I want you to know that I went to Wilkes PMHNP program because of your videos. I am getting ready to take my last exam.

Hey lady, congratulations! I am trying to choose between this program and another. The advisor told me that there are some out-of-pocket expenses along the way, like proctor exam fees (per exam/at the time of exam). Castlebranch... anything else? Also, do you feel like the program prepared you to be a provider and for the licensure exam?

The MSN program is 13 courses for flexpath even if you did the BSN program at that university

Am considering this school FNP fall 2024, now it appears they assist with clinical preceptors per a conversation with admissions last week. I hope this is true, since I noticed your video was a few years back..

I just started May 6th. Are we allowed to submit assessments while the assessment before it (from the same class) are still being graded? I know you had said you were finishing several in a weekend, but do you have to wait to submit it?

I love FlexPath. I finished all my degrees in one term each

Im considering applying for the RN to MSN PMHNP or just do the RN to BSN at a local university, im not sure and im so torn.

You're right about the holiday grading schedule. Doing Flexpath in fall/winter puts you at a disadvantage. The term includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and MLK day, each of which allow instructors a full week to grade assessments.

I like that you are approaching your career in a holistic way, I think that is one of the things that distinguishes NPs from other providers. In the next couple of years I plan to launch my PMHNP private practice and I am thinking about partnering with an FNP so we can offer a complete physical and mental health functional practice. Any thoughts about this kind of approach?
