I remember when the Snyder Cut was officially announced and I actually could not believe this was FINALLY happening. Then the endless bullsh*t click-bait that spread like a cancer online all titled something along the lines of "Zack Snyder's Justice League is the same movie as the 2017 version." Like, bit*h please, the difference is like night and day... Not to mention literally twice the runtime?!

I will be honest, I did not like this at all. Both of them. Especially Batman's, it is so slow! My God! For the record, I like The Death of Louis XIV (2016) and saw it in one sitting so I am able to watch films without action but this was abysmal!

What I loved about the Snyder Cut is that it took its SWEET time to BUILD to this moment. I even got legitimate goosebumps the first time they have a meeting SUGGESTING to bring Superman back because it's earned by carefully getting to that point. In the theatrical cut they bring back Superman, he's angry, he's ok, he fights Steppenwolf.

So no matter what Steppenwolf looked ugly!

one of my favourite improvements of the snyder cut is a 3:49, just a change in music and slight extension of Batman's fight scene changes the feeling from a somewhat insignificant action filler, to a moment where we see this human, among all these super-powered beings, absolutely slap some Parademons around. I feel like with Snyder's version just hits a lot harder and displays Batman's significance to the team alot better than a guy who punches people and tells jokes, and not much else.

Hot take: I prefer how they gave Superman some actual charisma in the Joss cut
