Border Crossing Turkey to Iran: Van to Tabriz by Road
wow thats really great to hear🙂thank you very much also 🙏
I dont know how could you prefer old ER2T to Stadler Kiss...
specifically in this case only because of the difference in the windows. Of course, the Stadler is more comfortable for longer distances but if you want to enjoy the ride and look out the window then er2t is better
@Letsgobyland well, makes sense.
Florida needs to introduce regional passenger train service throughout the state with the double-decker units shown. Major highways and tollways continue with expansion and extension projects, yet motor vehicle congestion persists.
hope they will work on it😉
How about crossing the border in the other direction, is it similar? Do you know anything about it?
Border crossing in the other direction works same.
Tiblisi Bakú is closed?
At the moment yes unfortunately
Yes carriages are for sure good and comfortable👌
I have been on this train 4 times
Its good train right? I was there 3 times 😅
Do you have to book tickets in advance? Or did you just go and buy a ticket??
We book it few days before. Its also easier to buy it online
@ Can you give me a link to online site?
@@k1_gunner you can check with tappersia or orienttrips. Both are good
For me, the trip on that train was one of the least appealing aspects of my visit to Georgia. Why there are no domestic flights between Tbilisi and Batumi is beyond me.
Well it can be a nice journey but with different train for example
Aeroexpress chairs
I think everything went okay till the end of Turkey. After that it was total chaos.
Yes after end of turkey it was a bit different but doable
What do you do with internet in these countries like Turkey coming from EU? Do you buy/have their SIM card and buy internet or something else?
We start with e-sim, so we have an internet immediately when we come to the country and then we buy a local sim card We use airalo e-sim. You can use our affiliate link to buy, its easy and really helpful for first days in new country. www.airalo.com/sk?irclickid=QlHyNuTnnxyKT:RS-WUlu0FFUkCVK:T9NwJWwI0&irgwc=1&Go+Travel+Un+Limited
Looks lik a very decent train, but that blurred window is really unfortunate. Perhaps I would have preferred the old Soviet train ...
Yes we also always prefer old soviet train. But we gave a chance to the new one and as always it wasnt the best…
Similar yes. In the south morocco it was already very different and of course mauritania too
Russian trains ❤
Russian trains are good 👍🏻
Russian occupied many objects in Armenia including rail station since 2008 and never repaired this road.

is it safe? ofc its more safe than many big european countrys wich are infested with illegal imigrants
Fajnie się ogląda nieznane rejony świata. Jakiekolwiek by one nie były. Czytałem komentarze i widzę w nich dużo zapieklej nienawiści a niewiele realizmu. Ale cóż, tak bywa...
yes we like to explore also unusual places, its interesting
As i said, i understand it, but its a pitty its hard to film there for these reasons
yes exactly
Thank you
How van i bokk tickets in advance
you can book a bus ticket on bus.rta.ae
Rode it couple days ago, it's ok:)
Its a good experience right?👌
@Letsgobyland yup. The only thing is border. When I saw time, at 19 from Bucharest and at 8 in Chisinau, I thought it's great. But approximately from 3 till 4:30 you have border control and that's what makes your sleep a bit worse, especially if a got sleep at 2am
@ yes for sleepeing is not the best. I think oppsite way was better with this situation

The video was shot some days ago, but keep earning money 👏
The "new" russian trains don't differ much from the refurbished Soviet trains in Latvia. Only the "new" trains have even worse quality than the refurbs. And almost all the previous design flaws remain - high floors with extremely steep steps (I doubt they have high platforms everywhere), narrow doors in the ends (local and regional trains should have vetter distrivuted doors to avoid crowding), 3+3 seating, painfully slow acceleration,...
Yes not always “new” means better…
@@Letsgobyland That "New Russian train" are facelifted old soviet ER2, with same chassis, wheels and old mechanical controled motors
Yes not many content from Armenia unfortunately. Good to hear you liked it👌
These ER2 are relicts. They are used in Russia only as tourist-trains or as monuments, part of exhibition in museum. So you are so lucky to having a ride on them. If you have an access to Russia, check out Sochi - Sukhumi commuter trains. Also ER2 but with beautiful route across Black Sea coast.
Good to know. Will look at it. Thank you👍🏻
Beautiful country, but too much russian cr@p
The new train looks low quality and too small, at least it's cleaner than the old one. Are the announcements only in Russian? No Armenian?
Yes train is too short. Need at least 3 carriages. There was announcements in armenian too
It should be Armenian and English. Ruzzian is only for occupiers who don't bother learning the local "dog languages" (yes, they call them that).
@@oskarsrode2167Why there should not be announcements in Russian if 99% understand it and there are many Russian speaking people in Armenia???
It is very nicé summer time to travel excellent .
Yes its the best time to travel👌
When I was the child, I traveled with my parents from Russia to Armenia and back once a year. We played cards and read the books, and saw a beautiful views. ❤
Thats such a good memories! Remember some of my similar train journeys too❤️
Iloveit ❤ I was so happy watching this train trip 🚂🤗
Great to hear that😉 its was nice trip trip for sure👌
@Letsgobyland 😻😻😻
The Armenian railways saw better times before the wars broke out in the region. The railway link with Russia was cut in 2008 due to conflict in Georgia which makes it hard to supply them with new locomotives and carriages. A few links within the country were also cut for security reason. You might have spotted one of the railway lines going through the scenic valley parallel to the highway from Tbilisi (Dilijan-Sevan route). They also try to be as economical as possible with what they've got. Nevertheless I hope things will soon turn to better.
Yes hope it gets better. But it was great to explore railways in Armenia. They definately have some nice routes. The route to sevan we want to take! That one looks good with old local train 👌
Yeah unfortunately scr focuses mostly on freight transportation, since it's more profitable. That's why there are so few passenger trains and a lot of them are old
I see, well armenian railways are very interesting anyway👌
You can't pay by card to buy a ticket at the station, only cash. If you want to pay by card, you need to do it online.
Really? So i dont remember it good then😅 will fix it. Thank you for letting us know👌
😮😮😮😮😮
Armenian railways are very interesting 👌
@Letsgobyland ....yes , agree
Great vedio . Sir can explain tavan to ankara train run every day or every month cost and online site to buy ticket 😊
@@Asadkhan-tv2si thank you. You can buy tickets on ebilet.tcddtasimacilik.gov.tr It runs around 2 times a weeks. You can see more on their website👌
we took this train but in reverse, depart Tbilisi at night, arrived Yerevan the next morning. I noticed in the timetable the opposite had odd hour timing for a sleeper train.
Its possible yes. Timetable is different for summer and winter
0:57 There now is, because of the demand and stuff you can now reserve tickets via their portal Also Ghubaba is now 30AED WITHOUT reservation, if you reserve ticket, it's just 25
Great news! Thank you for letting us know👍🏻 will update informations
As someone who resides in Dubai, this was interesting :) I was joking to my friend when it shows a 2 day car route to Europe
So show this video to your friend and then he will maybe agree to go to Europe by car 😅
@@Letsgobyland by car has its problems, no? The insurance and other things when you cross borders. also, how do you get all the info for doing these travels? are you a team or do you just have bunch of friends from all these regions that help you
Seperti di indonesia,busnya bagus bagus
Never tried buses in indonesia. Hope in the future!👌
Yes carriages are from Russia
