Hey there. You're probably already aware, but wanted to mention that you can hold down back and stagger light normals to option select block wake up drive reversal. The meaty light normal will recover in time to block the reversal.

This is the sort of thing I dropped Jamie for after playing him almost exclusively since release (dropped him like, this week). The nonsense weirdly specific timings, nobody fucking has to care about. Cammy does a punishing BnB? Just works. Akuma? Just works. Ryu? Just works. The list goes on. Jamie? Oh well that divekick whiffs unless you delay it by 1/6 seconds. Oh you got the divekick because it's the corner and it doesn't require weird delay? Well too bad now your super won't connect. Light DP connects after OD palm in corner because it's hitbox is so trash it starts too deep but it's good for this? Fine. Ahha, but SA1 won't connect, despite having an even LOWER hitbox and OD DP providing a groundbounce. WHY???! You just have to do very basic shit with Jamie because if you dare experiment, it's fun, but it doesn't belong to a real match.

Hey guys little thing about jamie. If you're at drink level 3 he gets a command grab, and you can frame kill into command grab out of a loooooooot of combo enders. The magic window for your command grab being guranteed to land (unless they do an invincible wakeup like lvl3 SA or OD DP) is 5-7 frames. Depending on the ender different buttons will be easier to get into that plus frame range. It's not something you want to do too often because the opponent really can just go crazy on their stick if they see it comimg, but it's really cheeky and will make them a little scared to block when you get them knocked down.

Haha that Ed whiffing that throw highlights the usual inexperience of players in Silver to Platinum rank. When you are on burnout, the frames you last on block stun are higher so that makes your opponent's block string last longer, and you can't throw during a block string, that's why he whiffed it. If you hadn't been on burnout his throw wouldn't have whiffed. Anyway, that cosplay looks AWESOME.
