Thanks for taking the time to film and edit the video. They look like a fairly straight forward installation. Fantastic that the " Oxford grips when you turn the bike off they sense a drop in voltage, or something so know the bike is off" RUclips says it's 3 years now since you first installed the heated grips. Are they still working well for you? I ride a 2020 CB500X and he's been my ever faithful "Hogan" on a wide range of adventures.

As an American I can say that these trucks are a stand out even here where we have LOTS of pickups. I’m surprised to see it left hand drive, though. No right hand drive available? Will it be odd to drive there?

Cool looking truck, but I can imagine that it's a right royal pain in the arse to actually use in the UK, difficult to get serviced as there aren't many in the UK, way too big to fit many parking spaces, in fact generally too big for the UKs roads/urban layout, and god knows how much fuel it drinks!! Is it really worth it? particularly bearing in mind the massively increased lethality to pedestrians over standard sized cars.

The cb500x has an options port that is pre fitted under the left front fairing. Pre fused and turns off when the ignition does.

It's a shame to lose the grab rails. I find them very handy when i take my helmet off and just hang it from the left rail by the chin strap.

No crush washer on the sump plug? Best to change with new.

When oil is hot, bolt for oil is hot, its harder to remove, first untighten bolt a little, then warm engine and then loosen bolt. Otherwise it may happen that hot bolt, breaks or start sliding when you try to untighten it. 2:12 - Next time put cooking aluminum foil, over exhaust, to protect it and keep it clean. Update: I remember one more thing, its ok that you put oil on rubber ring, but the thing is that you are also supposed to fill oil filter, while it is in your hand, to some half, then to screw it manually. Reason for doing that is when you first start your bike, you want to AVOID situation that you have dry oil filter, for first second, because of all friction and things happening. So fill your filter manually with oil, before you screw it back to place. Yes it might get messy while screwing back but not much, because filter will get soaked in oil. Anyhow you have aluminum foil on place so all will be clean.

Any reason/benifit using 10w 40 instead of 10w 30 as in the manual? liked the video by the way.

That truck was built in the Brampton plant in Ontario Canada that was the old American motors plant. A truck for the commonwealth and with salvage yards in America parts are available you just have to make calls to Texas and Michigan
