you just confused everyone when you said plug into no1 and then said plug into nc1. I guess I will try not to fry my board tommorow since you are not replying to my email
@@travisj2695 My apologies, i did not recieve your email. Can you explain your issues in a little more detail so I can better assist you?
Reach out to me at this email: outdoormaniacytbuisness@gmail.com
@@outdoormaniac4562 @outdoormaniac4562 hey there you are. trying to reach you. I saw you other video. I noticed you use 2 different boards. One to show the remote start and one to show remote kill but I think they can both be down on this one switch. I think I finally pieced it together. let me know if I got it right. (for the start remote part - NO1 goes to selonoid opposite of constant current terminal, C1 wire goes to V+, Second wire on V+ goes to positive battery, V- one black goes to engine block and the other black goes to - Battery terminal.) (NO2 wire goes to engine block, C2 wire goes to ignition coil wire - for the kill switch part).
@@outdoormaniac4562 I left the business part off. I must have miss read on your video
@@outdoormaniac4562 this email doesnt work either. I got it to start but when I pressed the other button to shut it off it didnt shut off and I think it shorted something out in the relay. The strange thing is the relay seems to be funtioning but wont turn over the engine anymore. I reset the learning and reassigned the channels and when I click A the red light comes on and goes off when I release and B does the same thing. can you send me a diagram of how you have the engine hooked up in the short video I saw that you started and shut off the engine remotely?
dude are you sure about this? Looks like you fried that board
@@travisj2695 due to over current. I changed how i wired it to prevent that.
Now that i look at it further the component on the board that seems to be burnt had an internal short, causing it to fail.
Well done!
Do you need 2 of these relays to start and kill the engine or just 1? Also how do you do it?
@@travisj2695 2
I have a remote start that i hooked up to the solenoid but the off button just stops to starter. How do you get it to kill the engine?
I have a 4 ch remote so I can use remote stop too. But no video of how to do it..
How do i properly clean it? Mine has oil coming out
@@cooterswift916 oil coming out of the muffler?
@outdoormaniac4562 yes. Not a lot, but very noticeable. My nephews stood the bike up vertically to change the oil, maybe that has something to do with it.
this was the best video i watched yet thank you
@@Ben13507 glad it helped!
I believe that the knocking may be a misalignment in the perpendicularity between the crankshaft and the cylinder caused by the stock crankcase side cover. The piston shows this misalignment by the wear marks on opposite sides in contact with the cylinder, one side the wear is on the bottom and the other side the wear is on the top of the piston. The stock connecting rod hit so hard on both sides between the piston pin seat that the pin got stuck in the piston seat. I replaced the connecting rod with another one and relieved about 500g of the stock flywheel and the knocking decreased but still continues. I am looking for a tool that can measure the perpendicularity between the crankshaft axis and the cylinder axis.
Make sure your running the right oil 10w30 or 5w30
Can you use the no and nc slots on the first relay
@@HarveyPreston-q2y yes
Great videos. I learned from one of your 2:18 video( 1 relay chip) the setup for a wireless remote starter now to setup a kill switch do I need a relay with two chips, Thank you.
@@dannyshaw4810 you would need a separate relay. You can't use the same you used for start.
@@outdoormaniac4562 why cant you set up the kill on one channel of this relay and start on the other channel of this relay?
@@travisj2695 you can
So I recently bought a used Coleman. Apparently it has a torque converter on already. But it's missing the belt and front pulley. It just has the pipe that spins. I need the front pulley and belt. Do they sell just those parts? What will that run me to have a mechanic fix it?
@printer003 they sell those parts indivdually, however you wpuld be better off puttng them on yourself.

Every 3 oil changes or so pull the side cover the rod bolts come loose after time especially when it’s on a mini bike happened to me also

just watched your video and was wondering if I could do the same on a 13HP generator motor so it would charge the small battery?
@realbusy you totally could. It would, however, it would require specific parts for that motor.
Until you realize any small engine does this

is there a flywheel for predator 212 ghost?
Not completely sure. But i would make sure to get a high rpm flywheel.
Does it work with Lite 4
not sure.
Thx bro helped alot
Good to hear!
Appreciate you bro
thanks you
question will this work with a 224cc predator engine?
Yes.
Thanks bro
Any time!

On my brand new 212 there’s a screw that came loose inside and was rolling around near the flywheel. Any idea on where it coulda came from?
It may have come from the flywheel shroud on the front, right side of the motor.
What size is your chain?
420
How many links is that? Sorry if that’s a dumb question I’m pretty new to the mini bike gang
@elhombreperdido6041 Not quite sure.
so, my 212 has a pretty bad knocking problem at higher rpms it always has but I didn't return it because I thought it didn't matter. what should I check first to fix it?
I have had the same problem. The problem was the flywheel was loose. check that and lmk

Valves Goin Byebye! 👋
How come you say that. I'm wondering
@buddahmayne9273 it's because they will cool down too fast and shrink it permanently causing it to not close
@@Mrpuggo0322 by him having the exhaust off?
@buddahmayne9273 yeah. The valve almost instantly cool down because there exposed to cold air instead of slowly cooling down
@@Mrpuggo0322 gotcha. Yeah I always heard it's bad to run without a exhaust on
I did exactly what you did when trying to remove mine but my flywheel never came loose do you have to use something with a wide diameter like you’re piece of wood?
Not nessicarly, you just need to put pressure on the back of the flywheel so that when you hit it with a hammer, the tension from the back and the impact will knock it free. There are a whole bunch of ways you could do that in the video. I use the wood to create tension, but you could also use a pry bar. The only issue when using a pry bar is not damaging the block. So make sure to use a strong portion of the block or use something to protect it. Another thing to consider is rust. I've seen on some motors that it can be tricky to get the flywheels off because of the amount of rust. So if you have like some penetrative fluid, put some fluid in between the treads and the flywheel. That should help free it up. Even if their isn't rust, you could also try fluid as well. Let me know if you need clarity on anything I said or if you have any other questions.
My ct200 u brakes barely work already have them completely adjusted and barely work could they just be really worn ?
Have you take the shoes off before?
@@outdoormaniac4562 no they could maybe be worn?
@troyholland3436 it's possible.
Here's how to start without having to pull the cord so much Turn gas on Turn choke on Pull start cord one time Turn killswitch to ON Pull start cord Shut off choke

Mine had a grind. Changed the oil and it went away
interesting
Fuking crappy tack welding. Must have been done by a tweeker. Same thing happened to my mini dike...i hate the fucking thing now.
I see absolutely nothing wrong with that rod
it had a small amount of play when bolted on to the crankshaft. it doesnt take much to create a knock.
Nope, that is definitely not the cause of whatever noise you’re experiencing. That is a normal amount of play. It’s something else.
