Szara Piechota or "The Grey Infantry" is Polish military song that dates back to 1918. The song was written to commemorate the Polish legions that fought in World War 1. The song became a reoccurring tune during military parades as it was meant to represent the brave Polish soldiers going into battle.

Егерский марш is a famous march used by the Imperial Russian army and is also known as the March of the Suvorov Light Infantry and the song was composed sometime around the era of Tsar Alexander I. Some of the video actually displays the 93d at New Orleans in 1815, though the uniforms are wrong as they are in many illustrations. The 93d cut up their kilts to make trews which the wore in the chilly winter that year in Bayou country.
