This is for small plots,whereas big players can make 20 to 40 storey and more floors. infrastructure ,water supply,electricity all is available because Govt gets favour in terms of party fund and apartments in gifts from major real estate players. Small plots are a headache for big real estate players All is fixed

The Government is having 1024 Cr of Unutilized funds which they Collected from S+4 and assured of utilising the funds for better Infrastructure. No idea why they are not doing it?
