Micro locs doesn't have a grid like sisterlocs. Microlocs is a two strand twist, while sisterlocs is an interlocing technique

Congratulations Dr Ibi!!! Gave me flashbacks to the Summer of 2017. I know why you got so emotional. Till this day, whenever I stumble on the acknowledgements section of my dissertation, I feel ALL the feelings from the experiences I had with each honorable mention like they just happened. Cheers to a bright future. I wish you the best. Trust me, you will look back several times to the experience of the 5 years and coming out on the other side and draw strength to help you deal with whatever you are facing; I know it has been like that for me. I remind myself that if God could have brought me through a PhD (in a land where I knew no one) and brought me out full, then there's truly nothing He cannot or will not do for me. Onward and upward!

When we are overweight we needs to cut some carbs because our insulin will place the surplus on our cells who will become fat. Glucose Goddess I don’t know if you know her she have a Book and she explain that. I wish you the best 💪🏾
