How did you get the bottom panels with the holders out? I can’t get mine out for nothing
Well brother. It's going to be a trial and error thing unfortunately. The plastic piece around the heat control switch should come off first. Then take the bottom glove box out. Then the cup holder part should pop off. If there's a lot of gunk inside the groves. Spray it all down with Dawn liquid soap. That's all I can really tell u. Good luck
Kurt I. Hope that you are fine Kurt I saw that rumors that trucking is very slow in usa like Canada and driving is job getting difficult in usa is this true
The trucking business is slow. And unfortunately a lot of big companies are going out of business. I stay busy with our flatbeds. If u ever want to learn how to flatbed let me know. U can text me or call me 414 477 7845. I have older equipment but we keep it clean and safe. Also our trucks do not have speed limiters. So u can drive like u want to. I start our drivers at 50 cents all miles.
Hello kurt I hope that you are fine kurt is this easy to get job in trucking in usa and. How much pay on per mile in usa and I saw that trucking bussinesses is very slow in usa like canada reply soon kurt
It is difficult to get your CDL in the US. Once u get a CDL. As a new driver u should make about 40 to 45 cents per mile
Thanks for information kurt
Thank u and thanks for watching and commenting. I hope all is well
Hello Kurt how are you Kurt now a days work of driving trucks is available all of the RUclipsrs say that in usa trucking is very slow and no more opportunities in trucking and loads are disappearing and no more truck driver shortage in usa it's that true or not tell me soon and explain me thanks
Thanks for watching and commenting. Trucking has always had these rumors. It is a great job to have. I don't see a driver shortage. But truck driving has a huge turnover rate. Meaning that people become truck drivers. And then they find out how hard it is. And it's a very dangerous and demanding job. So people leave because they realize how difficult the job is. If u have an, other questions? Feel free to call or text me 414 477 7845
That drum you are working with Needs to be replaced now because it has a Heat crack all the way across the inside face of that drum and if DOT stops whoever is driving that rig for a roasaide inspection they will park it right there for that
Got it thank you so much. And thanks for watching and commenting
Are you seriously mooing lol
Drums are cheap. I don't know why people make a big deal over replacing them If you're gonna do it, do it right. When I pull one apart, it gets new drums, shoes, cam bushings, slack adjuster and wheel seal. If there is Any wear on the cam, that gets replaced also. There is to much counting on those brakes to question anything.
Yes I agree with everything u just said. And thanks for watching and commenting. I really appreciate it
Every Drum, and every Rotor has the Minimum Thickness, or the Maximum ID stamped or cast on them somewhere. The correct bushing for that axle was the one that fit the S Cam, but was loose in the bore. The bore on the axle has worn from NOT having the busing installed, and the S Cam flopping around in there. You are going to have to make an oversize bushing, or weld & bore the axle so the correct bushing fits.
Thank u so much for the information. What u said makes a lot of sense. Thanks for watching and commenting
Part number?? Good video
Thanks for watching and commenting. I believe the part number is on the package I show in another video.
Go to my video Cabreras truck and trailer repair is the worst. Part number is in that video
I worked in a truck shop. Nearly every customer who paid for worn out S cams, bushings and slack adjusters said "Grease the brakes? What are you, goofy?"
LMFAO...... Lots of drivers think they are mechanics. Thanks for watching and commenting
Now you have metal in the oil and that’s why I do my own work mechanics suck, and then in a few months the engine fails from metal shavings, should have snipped it off
Not sure how the metal shavings would be in the motor. Every time I check my oil. Or I change the oil. I inspect it for shavings, burning smell, lubrication etc
your brake drums are junk also, only allowed 16 5/8 inside measurement, the s cam should have been done last brake job or the one before it,
I KNOW THIS IS A FEW YEARS OLD NOW, BUT THAT IS A SALVAGE ORING FOR THE INJECTOR CUP. THOSE CUPS ARE SWEDGED INTO THE HEAD AND A PAIN IN THE ASS TO SERVICE. THAT ORING IS USED WHEN THE CUPS MAY OR MAY NOT BE LEAKING, OR YOU JUST WANT THAT EXTRA PEACE OF MIND...
Gotcha thank u for watching and commenting
How many fuel check valves does a Detroit s60 14L have ?
I believe it just has one on the back of the motor block. And one for the fuel water seperator. U may want to call the Freightliner parts desk. Or u cam ask Google
Thank you for the video! How long took you to replace it?
a few hours. Thanks for watching and commenting

man your a animal serial killer. lol
Your video on injector cups was superb. I got an 04 Columbia and black smoke coming out exhaust. My truck has an EGR and can’t find a boost pressure sensor. My truck is equipped with 2 Vpod one for the turbo the other for the EGR. Would like your input
Thanks for watching and commenting. U should definitely call the dealer and talk to a parts person. Ask them if u have a boost sensor. Also look up on Google. Ask where or if your motor has a boost sensor. Did u run the overhead? U should check out my video on how to run your overhead. I'm not a mechanic. But I can do a lot myself. And thank u for the compliment. Let me know what happens please. U can call or text me 414 477 7845
She's perfect. She's got mechanic hands. 😂

Yea 2k later and stranded for 5 days i.found out about that lol now i have that check vale new 2 minth later having issue's again this filters are a pain
Thanks for watching and commenting besafe. It's crazy the amount of money we spend on our equipment
Without trucks, America stops. I have a great deal of respect for the job that you folks do. I got my CDL a couple of years ago, thinking I was going to find myself a good job. It didn't work out that way. I surrendered my CDL and got my Class D back. This is a job/career that I could never do.
Thank u very much brother. Semi driving isn't for everyone. My wife is a nurse. I could never do what she does. Thanks for watching and commenting besafe
Don’t need a microwave, but a fridge is a necessity
OH ABSOLUTELY BROTHER. If I had a choice of a microwave or a fridge. It would be the fridge most definitely
Rode with a cooler and a 12v warming pouch for years before fridge and microwave were introduced to the trucking world
That's why we do what we do brother. We can make do with what we have. And we don't stress about the small things. Thanks for watching and commenting besafe
It’s not really about saving money, that’s part of it but it’s more about eating good food and not all that trash fast foods 🤙🏽🤙🏽🫡🫡
Yes I agree brother. And also if u are stranded somewhere. There's always something to eat. Thanks for watching and commenting
I remember this story. Little Ms. Halitrocious lol
EXACTLY BROTHER........ OR EXACTLYS........ HER BREAF SMELLED EXACTLYS LIKE HER ASS. LOVE U BROTHER LETS CATCH UP SOON
I am the same way, fridge, microwave, the only thing I wish the company would do is put a bigger inverter. Hit a 1250 need a 2000 or so that way I can run a hotpot for tea coffee
Yes a larger inverter is always better. If u buy one for your truck. U can use that inverter as a tax write off.
Thanks for watching and commenting besafe
Kurt reply my comment that i send you in a parrot video reply soon
I just responded to your comment. I don't check my comments everyday. U can always call or text me 414 477 7845
Hello man tell me I am really search that but not found correct information how. Much truck rate per mile of reefer in 2030 in how much just make prediction sure or not I don't care that just predict me the rate of reefer and other truck per mile in 2030 with market situation
Well to be honest I don't know much about refer loads. But any load should be 3 to 4 dollars a mile. Depending on where the load picks up and delivers to.
More like EVERY truck driver should have these things.
Yesssssss I totally agree with you. Thanks for watching and commenting besafe
Plus Mr Diesel out of Hesperia Ca he's a fug loser rebuild my engine 2000 miles spun 2 bearing put them back forwards R & R Transport
the fat oring on injectors are a fix for the injector cups leaking, they are not supposed to be there unless you have issues, they also are used in pairs with the fiber o ring on the injector tip.
Awesome info thank u. And thanks for watching and commenting
Nice wiring job!
Thank u and thanks for watching and commenting
Can I use same part with your truck? My truck is Freightliner Columbia 2006 Detroit series60. Thanks
Yes u sure can. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Old school solo, so its a cooler in the passenger seat to grab drinks when rolling, cold meals or snacks only in the truck, no cooking in the truck, micro and fridge removed for more storage space. I came into it in 94, so being used to it from the get helps I'm sure. Hot food daily, just not from the truck.
I agree that cold meals are the reality of trucking. I'm so fortunate my wife cooks and freezes food for me. She boils eggs for me. And I love cereal and simple foods. But it is nice to eat a hot meal from home. Thanks for watching and commenting besafe
@@kurtsibila9682 No, cold meals are a choice, not a reality, nothing wrong either way, with either choice, all preference my brother, you be safe as well.
@sword-and-shield It's funny u say that. Because when I'm home and my wife makes dinner. She says let me know when you're ready to eat. And I tell her to just let mine sit on the counter. I'm so used to my meals being cold or room temperature
@@kurtsibila9682 Haha, yeah even as a kid growing up in the "outside generation" before being old enough to drive. I remember running in the house grabbing a plate and pulling off a pot, pan, or tray without even warming it, this when most didn't even have microwaves yet. Mom yelling "aren't ya going to at least heat it up"? Nope..out the door I went....Don't get me wrong I love hot food, but I can live on cold without a thought.
@@sword-and-shield YESSSSSSSSSS The outside generation. Thanks for the smile brother besafe
I am company driver, i have a fridge and 3500watt. Inverter. 12 cup coffee maker. And a frying skillet. And i know how to use them. I say no to trashy. Food. I fry hamburger. Steak. Eggs. Have real silverware. Can use hot water from coffee maker to wash skillet And eat good. 😊 been out here 26 years. A drivers gotta eat. So I agree. Takes alot of water. I buy at Walmart and such. Who can afford 4$ a gallon? I do eat good and spend less.
U ARE SO RIGHT BROTHER. No trashy food and doing stuff in the truck makes us more money and better health. Thanks for watching and commenting besafe brother
Didn’t see part 2. What happened bro
Got the same motor 12.7 anyways mine I had the tension screw break so I had the Amish weld a nut onto all thread. Then I used ratchet straps to raise the fan then tightened the bolts n tension last
It's amazing how creative we can be...... Thanks for watching and commenting
😂😂
lol it’s an old fld120 like mine wonder what you’d think about mine!! 😂😂😂
Lil bit of moisture can cause the wire to corrode inside n eventually can go through the whole wire. I had that issue I. The past.
You mention brokers I’ve always tried to negotiate at least 2-3$ a mile. I’ll eat a 100 miles of bobtail but I usually don’t have issues getting about 4$ a mile. I wanted to asked you from the beginning of your vid you said about s corp. I have an llc you think it would be hard for me to switch up to an s corp. without losing the age of my authority??????
That shouldn't be a problem at all brother. I think the only thing that will change is your tax ID number. If u need me to ask my accountant I will
