love that you named the stitches😘😘😘 as a beginner that is often the hardest part! so now I can search for box stitch etc. One stitch I heard you mention was loop-d-loop? it was the darker pink "petals" of a round scrumble with a dark teal center. I am trying to figure how you made those petals😊

You always entertain me 😋 Yes we are in the heavy mixed of all the signing of bunches of papers for the house now and husband has started to pack.. he knows to stay away from my craft room though too soon lol 😝 we are now paying outrageous month to month here at the apartment since house isn’t ready yet and definitely didn’t want to sign a new year lease. What they charge to go month to month is ridiculously overpriced. 🤯 I believe we are here till end of June. I definitely look forward not being cramped up here in my small tiny crochet room. I’m thrilled to have 2 rooms soon. My plan is to have one used for where I keep all yarn and supplies and such and other for the actual work space 😊 my husband is going to be building me some awesome shelves. He’s a woodworker… so that helps. I would love to have you visit Florida sometime when you do come back to states… visit me 😀 So here is another question… 🙋🏼‍♀️ Do your students speak English? And… What would happen if you did actually meet someone there in Thailand 😍🥰? Someone who you really could see being with long term? Hi, Kris. I love watching your channel. You answered my question quite thoroughly and I appreciate it. I was intrigued. My degree (in a world long ago) was in psychology and it is a subject that has always fascinated me. However, after starting my family I ended up teaching elementary school in Texas for 29 years. Although my students were diverse and I learned many cultures it was nothing like the life experiences you are sharing. I love learning about different parts of the world. I love fiber arts. I love that crochet and knitting helps me learn about people from Kenya, to Australia, to Iceland, We are all one family, aren’t we?

Loved hanging out while I crocheted, and hearing some of your favorite things!! 🥰💗 Wow I cant even imagine class sizes that small!! Granted I went to public school, but our classes were always 25-30 kids typically. Even my AP classes were all full capacity. I feel like that would be completely different learning AND teaching experience!

Kris I heard of scrumbles before but have not ever made any or done or even heard of the bullion stitch so I am excited to learn from you. Very clever ideas on how to make a bag with that or a pillow or whatever you want. What brand of boule yarn is it that you used for those spirals? I love all the colors and I love roving style yarn. I have heard oh darn good Yarn did not know they had a Yarn of the month club going to check it out. 🥰
