I loved learning more about you and listening to you chat while I crocheted 🥰💗 I love the journey you are on, so so cool! Anytime you feel like sharing just throw it out there and we will eat it up hehe. We are interested!! I will throw out a question I think is pretty open ended and would be fun to hear! What are your top 5 favorite things that come to mind without overthinking it for a long time? Examples: hobbies, music, movies, foods, things to do, etcccc. It can be current favorites or overall, whatever comes to mind naturally! Love you bunches Kris, big hugs and loves 💕💕
Hi, Enjoyed learning more about you and your journey. Crocheting along with you as I’m listening. When did you learn to crochet? Did someone teach you? Or are you self-taught? What types of yarns are you able to get? Can’t wait to see your granny square makes and hear how the band is coming along.
Great video.. thanks for all the information about you and your life 😛 I’m curious to know if you have any idea how long you might stay there or if you are planning on staying and if you might go back to states to live? 😜 Oh also I totally get what you mean about being cold as we get older lol 😂 I actually go from being cold 🥶 to having major hot flashes 🥵 in a matter of a few minutes lol 🥴🤪 I do live in Florida now..moved here almost 2 years ago and moved into a apartment until we figured out where in Florida we wanted to settle down.. and actually just today we started signing papers to start closing on our brand new 4 bedroom house 🥳 They just put the SOLD sign up in front of it 😛 Pretty excited. I’ll actually be able to have TWO craft yarn rooms!🤭 I have so many plans for decorating and storage shelving and luckily my husband is a woodworker too as a hobby 😋 Thank you again for sharing some of your life for us . 🙏🏻 💜🥰💜
I’m a new viewer, I’d love to hear all about the culture and customs there. I find it all interesting, learning about different customs and such. Thanks.
Your shawl is beautiful. Tell us all about it! 😊 I’m wondering how you went from not loving granny squares to loving granny squares. You make such lovely ones. And when did you start crocheting? Are you self taught or did someone get you started with it? You have a very interesting mind that seems to delve into so many subjects. I am amazed about all the things you have taught at the schools where you have been. Where do all those interests come from? Love hearing about you! Thanks for all your contributions to this lovely crochet community. ♥️😸😸
I think you are super brave to move to Thailand by yourself. Personally, I could not stand that heat. I’m from Wisconsin anxious to see some footage when you get in the band that sounds like so much fun. Love your podcast. Wish you the best. Do you think you’ll be coming back to America anytime soon for good or how long do you plan to stay there, best wishes, granny lover
Thanks, Kris. The burning question in my mind is how all those cosy warm crochet items work in the hot, humid weather of Bangkok. Do you crochet a lot of items from cotton, linen, silk, & similar "cool" fibers? Do you have a heavily air-conditioned Crochet Cave to work in? Do you send a lot of your completed crochet items to friends & family in Texas & other places where it does get cold? *My expereinces of Texas have mostly been in the winter in the Panhandle, where indeed it *does* get* *cold.*
Big Hugs 🤗 sweet Kris. I always enjoy listening to you. I think you'll be a cool 😎 motorcycle Mama in no time. I'd never do well in that heat. As I get older, I prefer the cold weather more.
Glad I found your channel. Enjoyed our visit and do have a question. How is European Freud taught to Thai culture? I can see Jung fitting into Buddhist psychology. peace&love
Hi Kris are you going to stay in Bangkok til you retire then move back to the states? Can’t wait to see your granny square creations ❤ are there any videos on RUclips of you when you were in your band? Hope you had a great day National Teachers Day you rock! 😊
Do you have a work visa or is that required? Do you think you’ll want to go back and visit Bangkok after you move back home. Idk that I’d be brave enough to move so far away, not knowing anyone or the culture. You’re very brave and will have great memories

Hi Kris.
What is it like getting yarn there?
I heard there is a lot of traffic in Thailand like hours to go a few miles. True?
ah ha I thought I heard a Texan in there😊 I'm a former Dallas Texan living overseas🤠
I'm sorry I missed it
