I totally agree with you. Negan saw himself in Lydia in a way and wanted to protect her. I’m kinda sad that we didn’t see much of their friendship in s11.

I think this is why Ive come to love Season 9 and 10 over others. These seasons feel emotionally hard hitting in a way they hadn’t felt in a long time. Now, Im not saying Negan is perfect but he is a survivor. I think he saw that in Lydia. She is doing everything she can to make her way through this forest with a psychotic mother. For anyone who has had an abusive relationship like Lydia and Alpha, this resonates.

@@lynygal84 I know this is an unpopular opinion but s9-s11 are actually my fav twd seasons. Maybe this is one of the reasons why.

I think Kripke confirmed that it’s only gonna have 5 seasons. I think for the boys more than 5 seasons would not be fitting tbh. However there is gonna be another spin off that plays in Mexico so you might be right about the spin offs. I do really like all seasons of the walking dead though and I did also enjoy the spin offs I’ve watched of twd so far.

Yeah I haven’t edited much post season 8 Negan before and really enjoyed it. I think Negan is such a complex character. He’s definitely my favourite character. The development he went through (and still goes through), It’s very enjoyable to edit.

Totally! Dead city has some really good scenes of Negan trying to cope with all he’s done, but still having to use that front. Interesting premise and adds a lot to him. If you havent seen it put it on your list!

If you remember the scene in “Here’s Negan” where he talks to the younger version of himself, he has a similar conversation with Maggie. He talks a lot about needing that charisma and dealing with the fallout

Seen a lot of TWDU edits but from 0:06 - 0:52 is easily the best I’ve seen. Its got some really smooth transitions too! Yes it is! Love him lol. It was a picture of him as a puppy!

Cant wait for the next one! Just out of curiosity have you watched World Beyond? First 6 episodes are super slow and really painful but the last 14 is some of the best TWD media IMO and nobody ever shows those characters! Huck is a super complex character and I bet you’d like her
