I am having an issue were I digitize my shapes and on larger ones when the designs are exported some sections of the design are non existent leaving the underlay and foam completely exposed. Have you had this issue?

Hey hey hey ..... glad to see you making videos again too... employees are definitely sketch at best, because it adds a LOT of chaos/rules to new/small businesses. The unfinished look just makes it look more like a warehouse tbh. Lint can cause breathing problems may need to invest in masks? 10:14 Health content of any kind especially January is a hot!!! commodity. 20 squats an hour adds up 😅 I mean heck you could do a day in the life and go through a work out, business, what you eat inna day, ect not necessarily really thought out or pretty... make it gritty show the hustle and get that out there some people who hustle like to watch others that also hustle and they don't really are about the prettiness but it's the content and feeling part of a community.

Good morning A little help, what is the maximum size that a cap logo can be for a BAI mirror embroidery machine? I had a 65mm logo made and the top edge or part of the needle is deformed. I would appreciate your help.

Thanks for the info. How is the parts availability for these? I have 29yrs in the embroidery industry and don’t have a problem taking care of my own repairs if needed. I’ve been contemplating a v22 but what worries me is that if something goes wrong I won’t be able to get what’s needed to get back up and running.

How is the sound quality between both of them and I’ve been seeing that it’s very difficult for tension in the fact that what drug do you use are using my embroidery thread or are you using Madera or I support or even Kendall thread?

Help please. I recently used the Ricoma 1501. It’s currently down. So we’ve purchased the BAi Mirrir to embroider caps (that’s our business). However, we cannot get parameters setup. The factory settings sends the design to the side. We’ve watched videos, consulted the user’s manual, the works. But it’s still not working properly. Would you, could you help, PLEASE???

Is logo size a factor ? For example I can do 2.5 inches on my Japanese machine but on the mirror I can only do 2.2 2-3 inches but I heard the vision may have a lower profile arm / needle plate and can do bigger logos than say the mirror

Trying to make the huge decision to buy my 1st BAI machine - trying to compare the differences between all of their models. I’m recently retired and would use it more for a hobby at present, but considering a very, very small business. What made you go with BAI machines other than the amazing price point? Congrats again!

How did you learn to operate your first Bai Embroidery machine? Did they send some out to train you?

Why don't you just use a zigzig for your caps? Would be much faster.
