I want to start my straight hair, natural journey, but I am a heavy work out, girl, and I do sweat a lot on my face. I’m willing to modify my workouts a little bit so that I don’t sweat as much, we’ll see😢

New to your channel. I’m loving your videos. Been relaxing my hair forever with very short hair, which I loved. Just went to protective styles about a year ago, and I’d like to go to a straight hair natural now that it’s grown out. My immediate goal is the straight bob you posted a couple of years ago. Hi! I just got out of the military last month and I was a straight natural coming in 2019 in the reserves. In 2021 I went active and was still a straight natural. By 2022 I couldn’t do it anymore with PT every morning I was always sweating SO badly lol. Now I’m a full curly girl, but I did just get out last month and I kinda miss my straight hair lol. Sister in arms 💖💖💖

I love being a straight haired natural. I dont have to wake up and spray my hair with water and add products. I wake up and run a comb through it and im done. I retain length better too

Something to consider if you sweat alot is Cezanne Keratin treatments - it's 100% formaldehyde free (and all -aldehyde producing chemicals). Your hair is still natural but it stays straight easier, straightens easier and is temporary

I invested in some gym wraps. I thought it was a gimmick at first, but they really do an awesome job of wicking moisture and keeping hair flat

I get keratin treatments every few months and I still consider myself a straight natural for sure since it washes out gradually over the weeks I can make my hair as straight as I want, but it’s also easy to put it into curly styles if I choose to. Regarding working out Gym wraps are a wonderful tool Keep it on & Keep your ponytail until your hair is dry then even a cool blow dryer can tame any proof. And I’m totally with you on the clip ins I own every texture from silky straight to kinky curly

You're really helping me on my journey because I'm considering being a straight natural. I got my first silk Press today and it cut into a Bob and I am so excited! I literally cried when she cut my hair and definitely not because I lost length. I could care less about that. I wanted it healthy. But I think some things were really released the moment she cut that dead hair off and it was so freeing and necessary!!❤❤❤❤
