Very good overview. I live in VA, but I have lived in MD also. Don't bother coming to this area unless you make over 150k. It is extremely expensive. A small condominium in DC or northern VA will be over 500k. Single family home will easily be 800k+ Md is slightly cheaper than DC and VA for the same type of dwelling. A home in Silver Spring, MD will cost you 600k+, and the same home will be 800k in Springfield, VA. Alexandria, VA or Arlington, VA or Bethesda, MD or Potomac, MD you will not touch a single family home under about 1 million. You can even spend 10 million plus in Bethesda, Potomac, Chevy Chase or Annapolis, MD. Similary, you can spend this in McLean, VA or parts of Arlington, VA. Prince Georges County, MD is cheaper, but more crime and schools are not as good.

Your comment about kangaroos and koalas are very dangerous! Kangaroos can rip your stomach open with on powerful kick when cornered, koalas can rip you apart with their powerful claws. These animals are only approachable when in zoos and fauna parks. I saw a tourist corner a roo in a tennis court and only cause I told her friend who was encouraging her to tell her to get out as the roo was making aggressive noises was she nor attacked.

The prices are too high for food, rent, clothing and the grocery store and the metro sucks!

Hey man wondering what you think of Chicago. After living in the DMV for years I moved out to Chicago for the better food, public transportation and lower cost of living. Definitely miss the mountains and proximity to other cities though.

I am thirty-five years old. I connected through Charlotte on the plane going through to Pensacola. I was in eighth grade then. I thought the city was so cool. Years later, i did a few trips to Charlotte. Then, I got a job where I traveled to Charlotte quite frequently. Now, this summer, my family and I are planning a trip there to relocate. There is something about this city that draws me to it. When I'm there, I feel like I'm home. No other city that I've been to has given me this feeling. Charlotte or nothing.

The easiest solution is to look for advice from the doctor. I am pretty sure there isn't any medical solution. Maybe keeping a healthy lifestyle and sleep schedule? When I experience these events, I usually try calm down and not make eye contact. Breathe normally and dont overthink about it. Usually helps.

I was there for work a few months ago. I was looking around to see if there were any black folks in the area.

I was born in the UK. Most of the racism against black people is from N.Africans(Moroccans, Algerians, Egyptians etc) and of course the Pakistanis. Pakistans have heck of a reputation in the UK, from religious extremism, racism, to crime to terrorism, to sex slavery. There was a massive sex trafficking ring in the UK in the town of Rotherham that was operated by the Pakistanis in the UK targeting non-Muslim non-Pakistani girls.

Texas and North Carolina are absolutely terrible states to visit there’s really not much to do I mean when you’re driving in Texas you’re literally driving in Texas just forever there’s nothing to do there’s not much to see me and you can shoot a gun a few times but like who cares I suggest you the West Coast there’s a whole lot more going on I mean the women in California are absolutely gorgeous. If you have never been to California especially near like Rehoboth Beach you should go because you will not believe what you say I mean it’s literally every female that that that will walk past. You is just gorgeous is gorgeous I mean, I’ve never seen anything like it. I was there for two weeks and they were all pretty every single they don’t smoke cigarettes in a lot of town so you won’t be around cigarettes, weeds, legal you can smoke as much weed as you want. You can go surfing you can sit on the beach. I got great food out there. People are generally in a good mood, there are rough areas like LA that place is rough after night I suggest to get the F out of there I live in the East Coast and New York and Manhattan. They’re overrated they’re dangerous as shit they’re really not much going on there. I mean you can go to Manhattan and drop like 60 grand that makes you feel happy doing something like that and maybe get a Rolex by the way, Rolexes are always like mad I bought my Rolex and it was always like five minutes slow so I wouldn’t buy one of those. They’re overpriced but outside of United States. The best country I’ve ever visited was Saudi Arabia hands-down that place is amazing there is no crime there is no there’s nothing to worry about you can walk down the street and no one will take anything. You can leave your wallet sitting on the table it won’t be taken. You don’t have to worry about anyone having a gun did you have religious things that you need to follow but the people are very nice. There is no stress it’s it’s surprised really you be surprised how crazy we live here today and how stress-free the people in Saudi Arabia live there even the poorest families in Saudi Arabia have a better life than those who live here and it’s only improving. They just now legalized alcohol for some diplomats so it’s gonna end up being a really good place to be and like I said, it’s extremely safe as long as you don’t do anything dumb you’ll be OK but that’s where I would suggest you go if you ever leave the country go to Saudi Arabia and just to see what it feels like to be safe at all times it’s a weird feeling something you never felt in your life you can let your kids play outside and nothing happened to them. It’s just you know if you break the law there and you do something wrong. They will literally cut your head off in front of everybody, so you just think twice we’re doing some and I’m not somebody that commits crime so now they have their ways of dealing with things and we have our only no one’s walking around with guns. The government is going around shooting killing people, so I was just a better place to live our country. Guns aren’t needed people think they need their guns that keep them safe from the government which is completely ridiculous. Like what makes you think your guns in your basement or wherever you keep them we’re gonna stop you are gonna stop the government from overthrowing like what makes you think they’re gonna use weapons to take you down they have viruses but 100% kill rate it’s ridiculous and at the same time you’re saying no to abortion because of the sanity of life but yet you have guns just in case you need to kill your government just like Broman stop that’s why I hate the south. I hate that Bible bullshit that they try to push. I don’t believe in it it’s fake I caught out that preacher on that you’ll see on RUclips where he has the set up. It’s all set up. We’ll have somebody say some ridiculous question so he can give him a great answer. Texas property taxes are ridiculous considering the temperature and the rise and heat the property value for this places are going to go down. I wouldn’t live in either of those cities because those typical states are usually ranked top five worst states to live in. The gun laws make it very unsafe. The school systems are terrible and the politics are very One-sided so you’re going to only get one view out of the entire pot government it’s never too good to live in an area where it’s completely left or completely right you want to try and find a place that somewhere in the middle if anyone suggests that their party is completely right Stay far away from them because that’s ridiculous. How can you not agree with anything that the other party has to say on any subject I mean that’s that’s crazy like I don’t believe in certain things the Democrats say I don’t believe in anything they Republicans have the same period as of right now but when they were Before the Trump came in there were so many good candidates in our Paul, Ryan, John McCain just just good people that wanted to do well for the people that were in their states and unfortunately we have a really bad vibe in that party so it’s completely been destroyed, so I suggest not living in the states The only reason why Texas is doing very well right now economically is because of the infrastructure bill and the other $40 billion that Biden gave him and they also refused 2500 jobs offered to them by the border for the border so they would have 25 brand new jobs for Texans and that area, making good money, working for the state protecting the border, and the governor denied it The bar wire that was cut was authorized by the Supreme Court and for those of you know, don’t know who the Supreme Court is that’s our highest judicial system that has both Republican and Democrats in the courtroom and they cannot pass judgment without, including the majority of judges out of the odd number on there so it took Republicans to say no to the Barbwire just to let you know because I know a lot of y’all reach and if you look at the border crisis in Texas, you should really be asking your governor where the billions of dollars went the past 17 years that they were given and have shown no results for the money that they had they were literally given billions of dollars and have nothing to show for it and then as soon as Biden gets in the office I mean literally that’s when this huge rise in immigrant start coming in and there was a bill offered two Texas along with the hundred billion dollars that Biden gave to your state to help the economy and I mean if you look at your economy from the moment that Biden gave me that money until now you’re one of the highest earning states in the country they refuse to accept help for for more border agents along the border approximately 2500 that would’ve been government funded so the state one of you had to pay for and they said no because they refuse to help anything that keeps Biden in office so they’re absolutely just trying to destroy anything they can to make Biden look bad whether it’s your jobs you’re well-being by who they’re letting in and the refusal to take help and give 25 Americans in Texas jobs with the government. They said no to it so because of that, I say fuck no I’ll never live in Texas.
