one thing that helps me (when i remember to do it that is) is not turning on the main bathroom light, and instead having a wall flashlight that provides enough light to not trip and die but is still too dim to see my skin!

Oh my God I always have a mosquito bite I just went to California but we came back to Arizona but the mosquitoes in our house but one bit mean like there's like a lot in me but there's only one two three three show me three mosquito bites on myself but my mom didn't buy the mosquito bites play which is best ever had one on my on my foot like how is this going to come off like like my mom never buys the mosquito spray I'm not begging her to to get it play I mean I'm telling her nicely but she keeps hitting me and stuff

It’s interesting this prize mentality thing, it’s the opposite for me. When I know there’s an event where I have to take pictures and such I hyperfixate on every imperfection on my face and think that every tiny blackhead is gonna be so noticeable on camera, then I pick my skin and before I know it my whole face is covered in wounds

You don't itch mosquito bites, stop saying it, it's 4 year old IQ.

Try benadryl anti itch spray.. It heals the bite with benadryl as well as stopping itchiness

What is the timeline of this like when you prepare your feet>legs & so on, do you do those steps the day before or week before the event ?
