Finally got all my new parts in for my race bike. Very happy with how everything feels compared to stock set up. A LOT more bottom end which was a huge struggle I had in the previous video. Took a trip out to North Carolina Motorsports Park for the Pro-Am race weekend. Always love coming to this track and really enjoy how much flow it has. They have recently reversed the track, but I am definitely a fan of the way it goes now. Look forward to coming out here more often. As for the pro am race, I scored some points but definitely need to do a lot better

Finally able to take out one of my new bikes. I'm a big fan of how the frame is now and it being more narrow allows you to squeeze the bike at a better angle. The one thing I did not like about it is the bottom end. It seems that you have to stay in a higher RPM for it to stay on the power compared to the older model which you can stay in a lower gear and it'll get you out of trouble either way...

Tampa MX 4/22/23 Made the switch back to Yamaha after a couple of months being on the KTM. Hey mate do you ever have problems with getting water and things like that in the airbox, i want to do it to my 2016 yz250f but dont want to have problems with water and that.
Make sure to tape it over and change the filter or put a filter cover on. I haven't had any issues if you do that

Does the vortex change the tone of the limiter? or is that because of the custom airbox?
Yes, it does. On my 23 I did not put holes in the airbox and it definitely changes the tone of the bike.

Definitely felt a huge difference in throttle response and it just snaps better in a higher gear. Worth the money

How many holes did you drill in the airbox cover and what size? Did you notice a big difference in the low end when you did that?

Unfortunately, it is not. I didn’t know that was going to be the last weekend open because they didn’t say anything until the week after that they would close down
