Life With A-Family
Новая Зеландия
Добавлен 13 май 2020
We are a multicultural family of seven. Dad - Tema was born and raised in Samoa (a small island nation located in the South Pacific). Mum - Bethany and our five children, Ariana, Maicah, Levi, Luke & Kalani were born and raised in New Zealand (a larger island nation located in the South Pacific) and this is where we live.
We feel that it is really important to have a strong family unit and bond, and a big part of this is spending quality time together as a family and doing life together. On our channel we would like to share with others some of the aspects of our family life such as, things we are learning about, things we enjoy doing together as a family, places we visit and also our hobbies.
We hope that you enjoy being a part of Life with A-family, which is our family,

Ingredients we used in our recipe:

Building a Grindbox | Life With A-Family
Просмотров 1024 года назад
In this video Maicah and Dad (Tema) work together to build what is called a Grindbox. Skaters and scooterers grind along the edge of the box for fun and try to perfect various tricks. We didn't close the sides in on our grindbox as this was a good way to save on the cost of materials, and it can still be used in the same way. A typical grindbox would be made mostly from wood and have one edge t...

Nice work. Enjoyed the video. Your pai looked delicious but one thing more filling next time. Lovely video faafetai tele.
Yep, we can never have enough of that filling. It balance out the pastry amount.
You can use white sugar too no problem with that.
What can you use instead of using to higher ade flour?
Danke 🎉🌺👍yummy 😋
If bananas are sweet why add sugar
Everyone is different and if you feel you do not need brown sugar by all means do not add sugar.
Yummy
Looks lovely but I think instead of using cornstarch why not try out the custard powder..much more attractive colour rather than pale uninviting off white fillings..just saying.
How long do you have to put them in the oven before you take them out please.

How many portions did this serve?
That pot would have served a family of eight two servings each.
What type of flour do you use?
Just the normal plain white flour.
We use plain white flour.

great vid ! well i better start making some verrrry soon. Thanx guys.
Best of luck!
I’m trying your recipe today. It might be sacrilegious but have you ever tried blending it all together at the end with a stick blender to make it all smooth and homogeneous? Just curious how that would turn out.
No have never tried that, as we like the texture as it is, but if you try it let us know how it turns out.
@@lifewitha-family8194 we tried it before and after blending. It tasted good both ways. Just preference I guess. We mixed in some sweetened condensed milk before serving and that was delicious.
We made sapasui for dinner and sua fa’i for dessert. Delicious!
