Thanks for the review! I recently got the Initial Fighter version a while back, and I also had the same fitting issues, particularly in the feet and left forearm, but it wasn't unbearable or anything, I was just surprised. The LEDs on mine were also finicky, so it might not be an isolated issue. But it didn't ruin my experience with it, and I hope I can find the normal colors for a decent price later this year 😅

The top coat came out dusty is called frosting. It happens when humidity is too high when topcoating.

The molding is terrible, why would anyone buy this and think it looks good? It's not like the official one is expensive. And in the end you'll spend more time to fix the issues...

I have collected a few RX-78-2s and recently just have gotten the Origin HG version myself albeit unbuilt for now. Honestly, the Revive has held up the very best, it is super solid and articulation while fairly standard of course is relatively still perfect in terms of for this kit alone, in fact, out of all kits I own and I myself have been building since AGE by the way still the most I have posed because it is that simple yet fun. Compared to the EG which while of course is slightly cheaper, mine got loose in a matter of weeks and it seems to be a common issue with it so I don't consider it a great beginner kit compared to the Revive but I did exchange it's head and beam sabers onto my Revive and it looks just perfect.
