It is ironic that the Hadith that you shared (which I 💯 agree with because this is exactly what the Qur'an teaches), which as you correctly described is a terrifying Hadith, is EXACTLY the reason I reject some of the ridiculous narrations in Sahih Bukhari ascribing falsehood and Blasphemous allegations on our Prophet Muhammad (saw). Brother! I don't mean any disrespect, I just want to present my beliefs with you, and you decide if my beliefs are more aligned with the Qur'an and Sunnah, OR, the Sunnis? I am not from any sect, I'm not a Sunni/Shia/Quranist/Qadiyani/Salafi/etc etc.. None! I am a Muslim. I don't reject the Sunnah. But i do reject (some of) the hadiths. Especially those that clearly contradicts the Qur'an, or defame the prophets.. There are over 100 such ridiculous Hadiths in Sahih Bukhari. I can share some if you want, but many muhaditheen have pointed them out over the centuries but "Sunnis" (Majority) wins! Who cares about the truth when there is an "ijmaa" ! right? go with the flow logic always wins.. and that's exactly the logic Allah (swt) warns us against in the Qur'an. Your question; How do i know the number of rakaat in Asr prayers without ahadith, I know they are 4. I never opened a book of hadith to know that. Wallahi, i never opened a single hadith book and i performed Umrah, Hajj, Alhamdulillah, pray 5 salaat according to the Sunnah, give 2.5% zakaat.. etc. Now you'll say "ok but where did that number come from?". My answer is from Sunnah. Again Not From Hadiths. The Sahaba , tabiyeen, taba' tabiyeen, all followed the living Sunnah as taught and learned through generations in person.. these were the best of Muslims (don't you agree) who followed the truest form of religion (don't you agree) by following the Qur'an and the living Sunnah without any written hadith, and definitely not Sahih Bukhari (don't you agree) ?.. Then why innovate into the religion when you can follow the Qur'an AND the Sunnah without blind following a 100% corpus collected by a man 220 years later who can err? Brother! I respectfully urge you to ponder over this once more.. Blind following Sahih Bukhari has created sects, it has made Muslims turn away from the Qur'an, introduced unwanted rulings in the religion which don't exist in the Qur'an, it caused hatred and conflicts amongst Muslims because of numerous contractions in your favourite man made book. It's never done anything good. What's worse is that when non-Muslims mock our Prophet (saw) referencing from Sahih Bukhari (that he did this/that), the Sunni scholars proudly defend it. Without any fear that our Prophet may actually have NOT said/done that how it's written in a man-made book and it's clearly ascribing falsehood on him?? Where's the fear of Allah and love of Prophet (saw) gone? Obeying the Messenger is NOT same as Obeying the Bukhari‼️ You obey the Messenger by obeying his message (i.e the Qur'an). That's how the tabiyeen and taba-utabyeen obeyed the Messenger. Why can't we do this? I will leave it at that. In sha Allah, if you're truthful, you'll ponder over this from that neutral perspective rather than a sectarian perspective, and if Allah wills He will give you the guidance so you don't ascribe falsehood on the Prophet (saw) as ascribed in 100+ Sahih Hadiths in Bukhari alone. Again, I don't mean any disrespect. My comments were harsh i know, but there is no other way to share my views. I hope you understand? I would appreciate some feedback on it. (On each of my point). I have a sincere question if someone with Certainty in knowledge can help me navigate, I know there is a difference of opinion if missing a single salah out of laziness/deliberate sleep or you did one of the major sin intentionally (without pride believing it to be haram) being busy with evil, so u did miss one prayer before u prayed the next- is it major kufr that expels to miss a single prayer out of sin or laziness? If I take the belief that missing a single salah is major sin and not kufr that expels from the religion, I heard Fawzan say missing a single salah makes you a kafir, is his view the strongest? SubhanAllaah, I take the other opinion that it is major sin and not major kufr- yet I ask the person of knowledge, did Allaah leave this door open, or is the truth one of these opinions and we can still find it and we can say 100% this opinion is correct thus end this difference of opinion forever? I know Shaykh Al-albani does not say missing a single prayer out of laziness or sin makes you kafir but people literally say his view is wrong, and the truth is with Allaah, I appreciate feedback, allahumma barik. My heart is most inclined towards the opinion that it is the total abandonment of the whole prayer with the abandoning the hope to pray that makes a person total kafir- and the one who does not pray at all but hopes to pray one day might still have an atom worth of faith, so in line with Shaykh Al-albani I would deem such a person to still be a major fasiq muslim if they have atom worth of Tawhid with zero major shirk. I feel like discussing this is very important these years, we are perhaps the laziest tiktok generation ever, but do not say that we are ruined, Allaah is The Greatest.

Interesting subject. Lots of criticism for muslims in the west. And your solution is what? Grow a beard, and be strong in what respect? are you advocating going to “war” with the West?
