Previous HOME TEAM Super Bowls: every time a team has played a Super Bowl in their home market
***NO MONEY IS BEING MADE OFF OF THIS VIDEO. ALL RIGHTS TO CLIPS SHOWN BELONG TO THE NFL, CBS SPORTS, AND ABC SPORTS.***
Super Bowl LV (55) has been widely hyped as the "Home Team Super Bowl" with the Buccaneers qualifying for the Super Bowl they are hosting at Raymond James Stadium. It's been said that this is the fist time such a thing happened, however this is only true regarding a team's home stadium; twice before, teams have hosted the Super Bowl in their home market but at a different venue than their home stadium.
In Super Bowl XIV (14), after the 1979 season, the Los Angeles Rams hosted the Steelers in the big game not at the L.A. Coliseum, where they played their home games for the...

Can an announcer be traded? The Al Michaels Trade(s) explained
Просмотров 7324 года назад
Explaining the Al Michaels Trade situation... yes you heard that right. Michaels (the broadcaster - legendary in his own right outside just the NFL - currently working as the play-by-play voice for NBC's Sunday Night Football) has actually been traded before. Not only was a pro sports announcer traded but he was in fact traded for a cartoon character and a third of a golf tournament. As Al Mich...

Evolution of the epic "NBA Finals on ABC" ending/closing theme [EVERY YEAR: 2003-2019]

NO MONEY BEING MADE. THANKS TO THE UPLOADERS WHO RETRIEVED THIS FOOTAGE! The EPIC closing theme of the NBA Finals on ABC, used every year since 2005 except 2014. It's a little weird hearing Al Michaels talk over that theme compared to Mike Breen... I couldn't find a proper broadcast close for 2004, but it's in HD so that's okay, and I also included 2003 as the first year of ABC coverage.

The current chiefs have no where near the competition that the Patriots had. Colts, pissburgh, ravens, Broncos were all solid along with the nfc adversary.
the real NBA
The NBA on ESPN and ABC still lives on since 2002-03
Wow it looks really hard to see out there
I hate the Patriots. But the 2004 patriots are among the best teams in NFL history. They literally had to beat the number one offense and number one defense in their conference just to make the darn Super Bowl. I’m not sure that any team has ever done anything similar.
Colts defense actually did a good job forcing field goals and getting off the field, Colts offense was just terrible.
Love seeing these low scores meaning Defense was allowed to be played.
Seemed like colts we were getting hit hard quite often, Brandon stokley poor guy
Manning threw a lot of hospital passes in those days
Patriots = Lakers! Colts = Trail Blazers!
What is the font for years 2010-2016
The 2004 patriots faced a historic indy offense, the #1 defense in the nfl at pittsburgh, and a 13-3 eagles team during the postseason. They held peyton manning to just 3 points, keeping the colts out of the endzone. They scored 41 points vs. a steelers team that allowed under 16 points a game in 04. And they beat a talented eagles team in the super bowl
Jimmy Kimmel made the most Finals Appearances
When Rodney Peete starts looking like Jim Kelley ya know you on serious trouble.
Ive watched the first 9:00 of this video. Not sure how many offensive plays Detroit has run seems like 12-15ish?? Sanders, the greateat weapon in the league, has two carries!!
18:46 Johnny Morton - what a pretty boy goof. Acts hard while getting completely whacked. I absolutely cannot believe Romanowski walked right by him...........
Manu Genobli the biggest flopper of that decade. Such a pussy. But he was good I will give him his flowers. But still a huge flopping pussy.
Man you guys are weird, calling Sean a thug and thats why he got shot. Im talking about the comments by the way
I was at this game good times.
Last game in the vet with the Kelly greens I’m pretty sure..go birds 🦅
My goodness do I ever miss the real grass at the Razor. These were great days. All the seasons i suffered through from my first year as a Pats fan in 1970 with Jim Plunkett all the way through Bledsoe and then comes Brady.... What a ride... Manning crowned the GOAT before he won anything and along comes Brady the real GOAT.... LOLOLOL.
agree
Football on grass just seems more real
It looked good, but when the Pats became a high powered offense Brady wanted it converted to turf, and they did it in the middle of the season iirc
@@NYG5 You are correct - it was in the middle of the 2006 season. But it was more about the difficulty in growing quality grass in the Northeast in that stadium. The height of the new stadium really limited the amount of sunlight they could get onto the field. Because it was used for football and soccer it was impossible keeping the field in good condition when it was natural grass
@@PedroMartinez-tt7lryep it was after they lost to the Jets in the rain where the middle of the field was extremely muddy following a soccer game the day before
I miss that dumpster of a stadium, the Vet was shit hole but it was all we had
That was jeffrey luries 1st playoff game, 1st season as owner. Still had a black moustache.
Noone looks right wearing eagles number 59, thats Seth Joyners number. Like Reggie White was 92 andbBrian Dawkins 20 etc.
This was a nice trip down memory lane. Thanks for this video man
Oh how they love the Lions.
I remember watching this game at my sister’s house I recorded the game I was in shock!!!!
Fred Barnett and Calvin Williams was our best duo wr ❤ and Jeff the owner still looks the same in 2024 😂 I was 12 now 30 yrs later I miss the good gang green eagles ❤
I mean before AJ and Devonta it was Desean and Macklin. But Barnett was indeed a monster
Next week the Egirls got "MOLLY WHOPPED" by dem Cowboys 34-10 who would go on to win Super Bowl XXX.
Meatmouth lomas brown
Eff the beagles.
Go cavs
I didn’t know Jon Gruden was the OC at Philly.
That whole season was all about how much Ricky Watters hated him........
Those helmets dont care about CTE
Grew up watching both. Ronnie was a terror against receivers, but Steve could put anyone on their ass.
I can still vividly remember that Game 1 of 2005 Finals. Pistons went on like 20-4 run to start the game and yet ended up losing.
49ers could beat any team today Especially Patriots with a pretty boy
I was at that game.
that brass on the 2010 one 😫
I still have lions beating eagles in 2023 5 years loosing to eagles might be ending in shock lions finally get to super bowl
3 points and it's all Brady 👌Brady make any tackles in this game?
he played better than the league mvp that game
@@jameswinslow8540yep he outplayed him in every phase of the game and he didn’t have 3 hall of famers on his offense like Manning did
It’s ridiculous Brady gets all the credit. The Patriots defense freaking held a manning that the 48 touchdowns to 3 points and Corey Dillon was unstoppable yet Brady gets all the credit
@@BillyBob-ti2fz wasn't that the game that ty law and Rodney Harrison dominated?
@@UpChuckTheBoogie law was out with injury and Peyton had a historic offense with at least 3 hall of famers and was held to 3 points lmao
still not as bad as the Dolphins scoring 70 on Broncos
Taylor = Classless coward
2010 was the best ever.
Watching this game reminds me how annoying it was to watch games without the time and score on the screen
I remember watching that game and thinking how ridiculous was the thought that pickle juice could actually help relieve muscle cramps. Now I know that it's really true!!
I was there! 700 level!
Anyone remember the game where the Eagles sacked Troy aching Aikman 11 times? That game was awesome. Maybe 1991 or 1992.
Where are the Barry Sanders highlights? Wait, nevermind. He disappeared in yet another playoff game against a team Emmitt regularly dominated! Sanders had 40 this game, Smith ran for 99 and had another 40 yards receiving a week later!
I'm an Eagles fan and I don't understand why everyone thinks Barry was a million miles better than Emmitt. It was close, but Barry was a better rb
@@southbeachtalent Barry was a more exciting runner but Emmitt was the better overall RB. Barry was terrible in short yardage and goal line sets, he lost a ton of yardage trying to hit the big play instead of just riding his blocks for 1 or 2 yards and wearing out a defense the way Emmitt did, and in pass blocking he was a huge liability.
😢 r.l.p.
Watching Johnny Morton throwing the ball at an Eagles defender I thought he was the gayest man in the NFL.
