Didn’t spend enough time explaining the WiFi booster. I have fiber internet but it’s installed on the other end of my home. In my bedroom I get good WiFi speed when uploading and downloading but when I try going live on RUclips it very choppy and delayed. Do I need an extender or a booster. Thanks

unfortunately you are wrong Intel Iris xe is not trying to compete with the px 760m or px 780m . Intel Iris xe came out in 2020, and px 760m came out in 2023 and is a competitor to Intel Arc graphics 2023

A 12 th gen intel core i5 1235u processor actually has both graphics uhd and iris xe built in, the difference is usually single channel ram gets the uhd, but if you have 2 ram slots and upgrade to 16 gb of dual channel matched ram instead of 1 stick of ram it should automatically switch to the iris xe graphics

I still say it’s a feature good for troubleshooting if you need GUI and don’t have a working GPU.

this needs update for 245k intel xe4 or what is the correct name... and even better comparison to 9600x radeon igpu

the first strong igpu i know is iris pro 6200 in i5 and i7 gen 5 after having to many time fix my old pc i have to reinstall windows and replace hardware, I learned that not having a GPU will save a lot of trouble.

With an iGPU you have to remember RAM (memory subset) shares its memory with the CPU (no dedicated GPU memory). This means that the amount of total system RAM with it's configuration and speed will greatly affect the gaming performance of the iGPU. For example with the Intel Iris on say the Intel Code i5 1235U, there are laptops in which the motherboard supports DDR4 or DDR5 (faster), and some laptops use single channel or dual channel memory configuration. To get the best out of your iGPU make sure you are using DDR5 with a dual channel configuration (two RAM sticks with the same speed and at least 8GB per stick). Same goes for AMD iGPUs... This can literally almost double your iGPU output performance whilst putting less strain on your CPU.

It was all ok until the first half part of this video. The second part manages to be wrong on almost everything. Gaming: Apple M series is running almost PERFECTLY several games trough Whisky + GPTK, and the performance compares to a 3060 (based on my benchmarks). x86 is still better at this, but not by a long mark. Editing: Ask anyone if they prefer a Macbook M series or a x86 laptop to photo/video edit. The efficiency/responsiveness is off the charts. Coding: You just fumbled the ball HARD on this, the majority of developers are using ARM to develop x86 apps, because the compiling time is blazingly fast. Yeah, shocker. If the conversation is around -> "LAPTOPS" <- ARM is king with Apple M series, and will only grow out more with the new X Elite Chips from Qualcomm for Windows. Do your due research before making a video.
