I walked around Tezukayama, Luxury Residential Area in the heavy rain from late night to dawn.
Since the Meiji era (1868-1912), Tezukayama has been known as one of the most exclusive residential areas in Osaka Prefecture, where wealthy people have built their mansions and villas. Today, under strict building regulations, the area's beautiful residential landscape has been refined.
Cherry blossoms in full bloom at night were enjoyed at Bandaiike Park.
The area is home to the famous Sumiyoshi Taisha shrine, designated as a Japanese national treasure and has long been worshipped as the god of navigation and the god of ports.

You know what is so good about walking down a poorly lit street at night, in the rain? Being Osaka, you are 99% likely to return to you stay with the contents of your wallet intact and with fond memories of those you might meet on the way. I didn’t go out of a night because I didn’t realise how safe it was and also because I was rather tired from my daytime travels; next time I intend to do more nighttime sightseeing

JR Kitashinchi station is close by, but you can also walk there from Osaka Umeda station. That is if you can get out of the difficult Umeda underground labyrinth alive. I suggest you go above ground and walk.
