RUPP, no M, dude. HaHaHa His name isn't Adam Rear end!

Rupp does a drum solo for every show, giving the other guys a few minutes off stage, a bit of down time in the dressing room. Look up Home Free Drum Solo to see the original one filmed (he's in the red plaid shirt) to hear his wonderful skill in 2015. The latest one dropped just a couple days ago and shows how his beatboxing talent has grown and matured. He's using a looper now; all the sounds are still from him, it just that he'll record each bit as he goes one and layer each sound on top of the previous ones. There are several more from the last four or so years, since they went back on the road after the quarantine kept them apart.

Chris is the founder of Home Free. He worked hard for a long time to make the group what it is now. He decided it was time to go his own direction. He is a fantastic musician, singer and producer. I enjoy his solo work and his stuff with his trio Cypress Fyre . He does all different types of songs. I really love when he and Tim sing together. Thanks for the Home Free and Home Free-ish reactions.

I have no idea what it counts at but train songs are a classic staple of country songs If you cover Josh Turner you should really have a bass with you. I knew both versions, I prefer the Chris and Tim version. With Home Free everything got big and complicated with their success and Chris wanted to do more and other things. There is actually a video of Chris' last show where Tim read an emotional good bye letter to him on stage You always say Rump, the name is Rupp. rhymes with cup.

Rock music was always controversial and got a lot of flack from more right wing conservative people. Especially in the 1950s. However the push back from the right lessened in the 60s and 70s. When the 80s came a new thing came out Mtv that played music videos 24-7. This never existed before. Also in the 80s cable tv came out and now tv programs could be aired nation wide and world wide. The new exposure of mtv and cable television caused more outrage from the right wing people who created something called the PMRC who wanted to censor music. They are the reason music albums have warning labels on them. The pushback from the right brought out more of the rebellious spirit in heavy metal (A style of music that always tried to push the envelope) and many artist felt like it was a war of their freedom of speech against the establishment at that time.

Home Free's known for its tight close harmonies. Sometimes all five of them sing without beatboxing. Check out their Crosby Stills and Nash cover of Helplessly Hoping. It's ear candy at its finest. Home Free was not a country group until they were on The Sing-Off. The producers wanted them to be their token country group.

The correct pronunciation of Adam's name rhymes with "up".

This is a great remake of this song. I also love the older video they did back in 2014 with them as Lego figures. It is a very creative & fun version.

A good song for an Austin good-bye. There are now three Adam's. Adam ( Rupp), (Adam) Chance and ( Adam) Bastien. Did they do country before? Yup. Check out " Good Ol Country Harmony ". It was done not long after the Sing Off , written by Tim and Darren Rust ( their producer) and has Chris Rupp ( the founder of the group and brother to Adam, the beatboxer), in it. Bastien is actually a returning member, he sang with Home Free when they were first getting started, before Austin.

This definitely a great fit - actually he has performed with the group awhile back so they're familiar with him. They haven't missed a beat with the new Adam for sure...

So good. Bastien seems to fit right in. He’ll bring a different flavor to the group but that’s ok. There are 3 Adams now…Adam Rupp (beatboxer), Adam Chance (we call him Chance, he’s the baritone) and now Bastien (high tenor). Rounded out with Rob (tenor) and Tim (bass). They’re so good. Austin Brown left the group as he’s newly married and wanted to stay home and start a family so that’s cool. Good one!

Austin doesn't have kids yet, but he married not too long ago and wants to stop touring and be home more he's been touring for over 10 years with them and is hardly at home and he does want to start a family with his wife now.

Adam Bastien was actually OG and around in an early configuration of the group. Also Austen has no kids but I'm sure wants to have some kids soon.

This song has always been a showcase for Tim. Home Free has been singing this on and off for more than ten years. Great reaction. Austin got married in the last year. He wants to stay home with her and start a family. He also wants to do solo work and other projects.

Bastien chose this song for his first video with Home Free. It has a jazzy bluesy sound that I like. They don't have one lead singer, they have four. They choose the song and select who will sing the lead. Sometimes they each have a moment to shine in the same song. Adam Rupp , founded Home Free with his brother Chris when they were in college. Having seen Adam's solo vocal percussion work. Check out their Doobie Brothers cover of Listen to the Music. He goes wild. It's one of my favorites of theirs. They did a great cover of one of my favorite Bonnie Raitt songs. Bastien's voice was perfect for the lead. Everyone sounded awesome in the background vocals, with Tim's bass & Adam's vocal percussion. Looking forward to more of the new songs with the newest member.

Geoff started playing piano as a child, so he's played it for several decades at this point - my guess is he's pretty good at it, LOL! You'll see him playing piano (or keyboard) in several videos, including his latest video, John Lennon's Imagination. My favorite video of Geoff playing piano is Wicked Game (even though it's not my favorite song overall), because you get to see him playing piano for a good part of the video, and for some reason watching him play is extremely relaxing for me.

That was such a great remake of this song! Nice to hear Chance singing some of the lines. Always loved Tim's crazy low notes along with his fabulous highs. Also love Adam's cool percussion sounds in this version too. There are some older live versions of this song that are very funny.
