took 138 days for only 12 sec, wow just wow.
im in day one 🥲
A lot of motivation is growing in me, thanks for that, perfekt video for stiff people like me 😂👍🏻
No that's too much It's take about 3 months
This is so motivating, thank you
I'm so happy I found your channel. Genuinely thoughtful and wise advice! Hope you keep growing!
Do not think how to do it, just do it. Everyday with patience. Winning isn’t for everyone, and definitely is not comfortable 😊
Did you train the handstand press or flexibility for it every single day?
Eloquently put. I find that I am in a constant battle with my brain of wanting a quick fix and to make progress but being consistent and trusting the process is the way to achieve my goals. And most importantly, avoid injury. That’s been the worst for me. I have learned my lesson though
Bro, Handstand Pushups are where its at, not this loser shit
Excellent video! You're awesome!!! Thanks for the content man!
I enjoyed every second of this video. Thank you for an awesome content!
2.5 years? crazy long))

Started my body transformation 4 months ago, i have lost 30 pounds and i got myself into the gym now, my body certainly Looks different and i feel better, but ultimately i don't think this will change the way i feel about myself. I challenged myself to this to demostrate myself that i can change, and for good.
I rather be fit and depressed than fat and depressed.
Tell me you haven't watched the video without telling me you haven't watched the video
@@im_Smitty I never stated anywhere I watched it I just said if I gotta pick one I rather be fit
I loved this. Thanks for the video. I have found myself recently feeling stuck with my training, as i dont enjoy gyms or classical strength training and felt wrong for it. I had this feeling that i need to find a way of exercise that works for me, despite the message of the mainstream. This video helped me to confirm my underlying feeling. Thanks for putting this out there.
its all part of the journey - sometimes we feel stuck, sometimes we feel like not making any progress, doubts, those are all valid reflection I think. So keep it up!! thanks for the comment
This is gold!
the legend is backkk
I was at work chilling in somebody's living room ( empty) was laying on my back n put hands by my ear like when you hop up from your back to feet but I thought maybe if I push straight up to the sky n just push to handstand... never did it before never thought of it before but did it n guy who seen was like that was kool ... looked for videos on it never seen it besides one guy other then me ... have you done this before i know it's hard to understand ... but if you ever fell back to your back n rolled to a handstand it's like that without the momentum n straight from your back ... idk
A hidden gem of a channel on fitness and life philosophy. Thanks man for doing this.
Greatest fitness channel out there
Keep going bro you have a very good content 👌🏻 ❤
a modest video with a good message! have you read Outlive by Peter Attia? He's a pretty intense type A optimizer in his own way, but as far as fitness having "a point" goes, I think healthspan is a pretty noble one.
But I want to achieve splits in 30 days like the videos say, duuh
I try that And i got injured 4 times😢 Because i wanna show off this skill to family to my frineds and at this moment i got the injured That's happening befor 1 year Now i can do it but it takes 4 month to achive it
REALISTICSSSS
Thank you for the awesome video, keep the quality.
Thank you for this realistic time frame and good explanation
Really impressive! Excellent work.
Great job, thanks for confirming that core is key. :-)
I notice that you fell on your back at the very beginning. You took it like like a charm but I can't. I am learning how to fall safely.
it looked like a charm but it wasn't 😂 yes, always practice safe falling first!! thanks for the comment
great video! biggest learning for me was, to do it in a space where I can fall properly and not against anything 😀also huge difference is keeping the legs wide and not together when pressing up, I guess thats the next step and requires so much core muscles. but stretching and getting flexible should not involve pain! small steps, better than injure yourself!
amazing.. bravo man
Your day 1 looks like my day 100
Congratulations! Amazing Journey and amazing that you kept going
It took you that long because your form is terrible...
A video with the mobility exercises you have done to improve would be cool. :)
Niceee video, everything you need to know is here :)
excellent!!!!!!
How did you strengthen your wrists? That's my barrier- it hurts a lot to do any handstand work and I get ganglion cysts from too much weighted wrist extension. I can do stuff on my fists but I wouldn't think I'd have the stability needed for handstands.
I think gradual increase in time in handstand naturally (?) strengthened my wrist as I never had a problem with them. But I for strengthening, I would train muscles around wrist - mainly forearm. Also LOTS of warm up through shaking and rolling hands might help too!
Only 2+ more years fellas
All was already said .. i cannot say more... Only you are really great ...
Nice video, thanks. It really does take a lot of hard work, patience, persistence, and perseverance.
If you consider what you started with inflexible, the I'm at least two times worse. I've tried building flexibility in the past with zero success. my hamstrings just feel like steel cables that would never stretch.
Most of us can never achieve what you did. I wonder whats your 42km marathon time like.
Did you ever injury your hamstring? can you talk about how much time it took away from the practice? Thanks (got my first hamstring injury on both side)
I never injured my hamstring - probably because my focus was on achieving the skill WITHOUT any injuries (also the reason why it took so long😂) Sorry you got injured, take enough time for recovery and take a gradual return to training - you got this!
Thank you for your honesty. I think doing splits in 30 days is unrealistic.
rush was one my biggest problems so i like this video. I like what you say Greatness takes great patience, great dedication.
Videos like this one are what RUclips needs 💚
when I was young I did the split in 3 months but now :D it totally different thing
