Man... God has really given me an example of an ultimate test. I’ve spent 10 years overcoming crushed feet injuries. Spent a few years in denial using painkillers. Spent a few years learning and doing trial and error desperately trying to figure out how to fix my feet. Have now made 3.5 years of consistent progress. I’m 30 now. I want to be further ahead in life than I am. But I know God has a plan for me and He is preparing and moulding me for it. In a few more years I’ll be able to work again outside the house for 4-5 hours a day. A few more years after that I’ll be able to work 8-10 hours a day. It’s so hard to not wish I was there already and to find joy in Gods grace where I am right now. It’s easy to be miserable because of my chronic pain and fatigue. It’s easy to fall into envy, lust and hate. Hate for others that they have the physical freedom to go out, earn a living and support a family and be a productive member of society. Sometimes I cry from the shame. I do my best to only worry about Gods judgement and not others. Only He has seen everything I’ve been through. Part of me wants a family. But I know now is not the time. Now is the time for me to learn to stop worshipping false idols like women, money or having many children. And to be ok with it if I never have a wife or children. And then if in 10 years I am ready for it and want to do it, then I can. But for now I’d be too handicapped to be a husband or a father or a provider and protector. All I do is rest physio rest physio rest physio. I feel like a crazy person. And it’s safe to say that I am. God please help me to find joy and peace in You. I am struggling right now and tonight is a very painful night. I know that there must be a lesson you want me to learn. I want to learn it and find peace in your presence Lord. I am sad.

Please lord Jesus I ask that you work on my heart. Make me a better man for my family and my community. In your name I pray this. Amen.🙏
