LEARN How To STOPPIE/NOSE WHEELIE! | Surprisingly EASY |
Been riding about 2 months now with my gf. I rode in snow for the first time, sooo much fun drifting the bike and just sliding around... albeit terrifying but the rush is worth it hahhaa keep rippin dude
I wish I could wheelie like that
@@BlincsarIndustries-xi1nr takes time and practice! Anyone can do it
You da man Ry!!!
@@themotocrossmodchannelWulfMX 🙏🏻🙏🏻 couldn’t have done it without you
Nice build! But what took so long!
@@iranoutofnameslol1678 lots of video to edit, and been busy between school and work, sorry for the wait haha!
@@ryanboeningall good! I understand, school got me up to my neck. I got no time to work on my bikes either
nice
Nice jumps! Do you still use the klx 230r somethimes? How is the bike? Im thinking about buying one
@@mogyoro125 I sold the one that I rode, but we do have another. It’s a great bike to learn on, and you can do some pretty good riding on them. I really did like that bike, aside from the handle bars, they’re too low and flimsy, but aftermarket bars are an easy replacement. If you are in Michigan, we have one for sale, literally like new
@@ryanboening im actually from europe, but they sell the klx 230r there not like the honda crf 250f
@ sweet, definitely would recommend it for a newer rider or something that will take abuse and low maintenance!
Love the back yard! Good video.
Nice little section you got there looks like fun 🎉good shit my guy💪
@@Josh_effin_lore thank you! It’s pretty fun!
You running any studs or screws
@ nope I want to give them a try in the future
@@ryanboening yeah it's been shity here in Michigan and I've been wanting to ride bad
@ I’m in Michigan too, sometimes you just gotta deal with it and go ride
Yeah those look fun
What a cool short video and you sure can ride good.. Sounds like a 2stroke

How cold is it?
@@Landonsgarage just below 32° F, just a light dusting of snow made for good dirt
@ same where I am riding it’s about 28
@ heck yeah! Too many people afraid of the cold, everyone should ride year round!!
It's sketchyer when your on wet red clay
4 wheels are definitely better than 2 in the snow

Thanks for taking the time to put this together...sorry if I missed it, but how many total hours on that cylinder and how many on that top end? Crank is still original? Also, is that deck height tool domed or is it just a straight edge? Thanks!
@@ehess8845 this cylinder had about 100 hours at this video, second piston. Original crank. Deck height tool is flat

@ryanboening random question, but I used to ride all single track, but I got five cvd19 shots and they caused me to have to get three hip replacements, and two shoulder replacements all from May 2022-May 2023. I have a ktm 200, an husaberg 400, and 470. I wanted to get my new wife into riding, but she would rather downhill mountain bike with me and her daughter. So, I don't have anyone that I know that rides anymore because my dad, uncle, d-14, CCC and Michigan DualSport rider club are all old now. Would you want to link up and ride like Tomahawk, Marquette, Jack pine, Holton-Horseshoe/Cedar Creek or other true true single track like MCCCT? I am 38, an ex-project engineer/manager for industrial union MEP contractors mostly in Minneapolis, but also NYC, Chicago, Seattle, and Detroit. For the last two years, I have been focused on nothing but PT, rehabilitation, losing weight (went from 300 to 170), got remarried, I have five kids so I'm not a crazy weirdo. I'm working on buying some rental properties like fourplexes etc. I used to be a crappy B rider, now and C-Vet 200. I can give you my number/email. I am in SE/SC MI, but also travel to Marquette Monthly.
Do you play either the clutch too here? Or pulling it half way and control with the throttle
@@harel586 just to pop up the front, and so I don’t stall, which is pretty hard on my bike
Hey whats overall faster and quicker, a yz250 2 stroke or a yz450f ??
@@Coral-reef. honestly, 4 strokes are much easier to ride, so it will almost always be faster when comparing bikes if the same class. But the 2 stroke will always be more fun ;)
@ryanboening man im ready to buy a bike but i just cant make up my mind at all its driving me crazy lol.
@ go 2 stroke! If you’re newer rider, a yz250 is cheap, and simple. If you’ve never rode before, get yourself a 250 4 stroke air cooled bike. It will take you basically anywhere and it’s super cheap and simple to maintain.
Looks like Michigan
@@clintonlied yup!

You planning on posting the video of the installation of the big bore?

@@iranoutofnameslol1678 yup!!

@ I will have one out soon! Nothing wrong with a YZ! Awesome bikes, sometimes finances are more important than the brand name on your bike
You didn't get the second blip!
Sounds like it'll lug fairly low for a 125...would you say that's pretty accurate?
@@ehess8845 yup for sure, every other 125 I’ve rode stalls much easier. I think it’s because these 23’+ KTM’s have fuel injection, so it doesn’t rely on the flow of air to suck fuel into the engine, just forces it in
where’d you get the plastics from

Would this video be applicable to a gg 150 mc 2025?
@@JustinDiPrizito yep. Same design, but you’d need to check deck height differently, not sure exactly the value for it. As long as it is just slightly below the top of the cylinder you’re probably good
@ thanks a lot
do u use clutch or back brake to stop the wheel from going too high?
@@MrBoomtheroom both, you need the rear brake to stop it from going too far back, but you also need to pull the clutch in so you don’t stall
@@ryanboening so are you riding the clutch in the wheelie? and only braking when it goes beyond balance point?
@ I just have a finger over the clutch, this bike can wheelie very slow without stalling, so I only use the clutch when I brake, and only brake when I go past the balance point
@@ryanboening you should do a tutorial video 😀
On a 50cc yeah 😂
You need to stay on the bike and get over the log all the way 👍
This scares me, did it today but not a log that size. You think my lil 150 dual sport would stand a chance?
@@ashtonmiles4208 that’s a tough one! I don’t know that I would be able to do it on my little KLX140, but any full size bike can for sure do it. You don’t need much power, you can use suspension and clutch to get you over pretty well.
Impala SS in the background goes hard
Gotta stay nose up until the back tire is over the log. You did a dive and it dug the front of the bike in.
@@mobilegameclips5628 double blip is the way 🙏🏻

Oh yeah good job 👍
Those look more like BMX/mtb jumps than dirtbike jumps and since I'm way more confident jumping my mtb than a dirtbike I'd say hell yeah on my mtb
@@maxatrillionfatstacks heck yeah! They are more so MTB jumps, but work for dirt bikes 😂
@ryanboening yeah how steep and narrow the lips are they looked almost just like the BMX jumps I broke my collarbone on 🤣 kicky lips are weird to me on a dirtbike especially cause I run pretty soft suspension for enduro. I'm also used to adjusting my speed with brakes or pedals but so much of how you apply the throttle coming into a jump on a dirtbike effects it but I'm getting better at launching this kicker to flat I've got in my yard.
@ nice! Yeah I definitely need to stiffen my suspension. It is stiffer than stock but even still it is a bit soft. It’s tough only having one bike with all the riding I do, I need a bike for more motocross type stuff and one for enduro type riding. Never a do it all suspension set up that doesn’t have a lot of trade offs.
@@ryanboening for sure, I mostly stick to the woods but the one time I hit a track I was all over the place but I was on a 95 KTM 300 and the suspension was even wonky for enduro and I think I had the carb jetted wrong cause it had no power higher in the revs where I needed it for jumps. I have a beta 300 now that I think would be better on a track cause even though it's got enduro suspension it's still way more modern and takes hits better plus it has a lot of top end power, it screams like a 250
@ that’s sweet, I want to ride a BETA!! They look like a solid competitor to KTM’s
Yep
With my jeep lol I've been told I'm to stupid and dangerous to ride a dirt bike lol😅 owned a xr100 when I was younger that didn't last long lol
