Great Video! I don’t know if it’s just me who finds it not only interesting but also very relaxing. I do love a bit of luggage and how best to pack things.

I grew up in Hawley the next town. Went to school in Charlemont, went through that covered bridge every day on the bus.

I’m going to throw in something here. When putting the cruise control on be sure your foot (size 14 for me) isn’t touching the rear brake pedal in any way. If it is, your cc will not set, or if set, it will go off. I went for a couple of days on my new Wing believing that something was wrong on this bike. Nope. Just a little operator error.

I realize that this video is two years old. but are there drive up to camp sites in this area, or do you have to hike in with a backpack? Don't feel comfortable about leaving my bike in the parking lot.

I used Scenic on a recent tour of France. Any annoyance at the app was really my fault; I hadn't set to not use unpaved roads in the settings. Looking forward to using it more.

Ready to get a new set after a screw was found in the rear tire. Really check DOT dates on tires. Found some tires in local stores were from 2020 three years old. Thanks for the video.

Why import from google, wenn you have the Scenic app?

I strongly recommend for you to get Harbor Freight, older style bike jack. Its a life saver. few inches up and you can do almost anything, simply and less back braking. Just make sure to strap her down. For 150 or so, its a good buy.

Scenic App is IMHO the best Navi app for Motorcycle. Last 2 years I ride around 50000Km with Scenic Africa Twin + Goldwing. Most works perfekt! Since this year I can also use Apple CarPlay with Scenic on my both motorcycle!

Move video and great learning. But Why would you create in Google maps when you can create it easily in Scenic with specific waypoints and stops. Also did you have offline maps loaded or were you relying on a data connection. The problem with creating on Google maps is the lack of waypoints being carried over. With scenic you can be very specific by placing a waypoint on the roads you want on the route.

The old brake pads looked fine. The front tire didn't look bad either. Worn but not worn out. Seems like the only thing needed replacing was the rear tire. I like the jack stands method of stabilization. I learned something new. Thanks!

The fob just needs to be on and near bike? What are the other symbol buttons on either side of main button? Do I need to press button when shutting down bike?

Scenic 3 is a great app, my favourite bike navigation app. I’ve been beta testing it for nearly a year, thousands and thousands of miles, and it gets better and better. I recommend to give it a serious try to any fellow rider.

I live right in Cornwall. I rarely take the bike out, and not ride this exact rode a few times.

If`n you want a fun climb, climb up the north side in Dec-Jan -Feb when the cliffs have pretty ice. It`s hands and feet fun. Plus you better not go alone unarmed coz it is fulla coydogs there tracking you for lunch coz they is very hungry.

I've never heard of the app. So, what does it do? Take your map then show scenic areas around it?

Have you thought about switching from tents to tarp/hammock? Requires trees, but that should be a feature of any decent campsite...
