I'm the second owner of this 1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme.
1988 Buick LeSabre Estate Wagon
Просмотров 9 тыс.3 года назад
This Estate Wagon has the Oldsmobile 307 with a Rochester Quadrajet 4BBL (140 hp & 255 lb-ft of torque), and a Turbo Hydramatic Overdrive transmission with 4 gears. It took her 13 seconds to get to 60 MPH in 1988, and I think it takes her 20 seconds now. The car has a great ride and considering all that interior space that is 33 years old, the interior is rattle free.

The odometer worked for 10 miles after this video was recorded, then stopped and hasn't worked since. If I get this working, I'll post an update.

The White Lego Mansion is in it's fourth year in being built. I had hoped it would go faster but, raising a family, work and other hobbies are obviously a distraction. Anyway, I love sharing the progress, and reading how much some of you enjoy watching the videos. Thank you!

1989 Ford Taurus LX 3.8 liter
Просмотров 32 тыс.9 лет назад
I bought this 1989 Ford Taurus from the son of an 89 year old man who had passed. The car is, as you can tell, in really good condition. It did have leaky valve covers when I acquired it but I have since replaced the valve cover gaskets. The old man took the time to add a full size spare tire, but that's not shown in the video as well as I had hoped. When I was younger, I built two model cars o...

The White Lego Mansion Part 1
Просмотров 36 тыс.10 лет назад
The White Mansion was started roughly 9 months ago and it is a work in progress. The mansion has a bigger footing than the old one (in my other videos) and the idea behind the design is from the early 20th century pre WWI. The Gilded Age was at its end but grand homes were still being built that required a staff to keep the estate running. This build will take years to complete; I love homes fr...
1989 Chevy Cavalier Z24 2.8 Liter V6
Просмотров 117 тыс.11 лет назад
I bought this car 6 years ago after several years of searching. This car, for me, is a reminder of my youth and is a near perfect example. The car is all original except for the expected maintenance and replacement of things as they wear out. There are some cars that have non-functioning hood scoops/vents but, the hood on the Z24 is made of fiberglass and the engine does take the air through th...

Core memories unlocked. I got so much ass back in 2001 when I had this thing in high school. It's such a fun car. Whooped all my friends, Hondas. Now I have a 2003 c5 z06 which I'll probably never sell.

I had an unusual problem that I m not finding anywhere on RUclips. Intermittently my speedometer is showing like crazy hi speeds, kind of like the old cable driven ones used to. Like I wold be doing around 60 and all of a sudden the needle would erratically move up to around 100, then go down and bounce around 70. Really weird. The cruise control and transmission are shifting fine no problems, and the problem happens in any gear. ....1992 Crown Victoria. I think it's possessed, this car has had weird problems since we bought it. I have been slowly sifting through them. Does anyone know if there is a light oil that can be applied on motor / and gears on the instrument cluster if this turns out to be all that is wrong ?

I bought a 1989 Z24 brand new from the dealer show room. Paid $16100 Canadian dollars at the time. I just got my first job out of university. Mine was automatic and had a fully digital display. Wasn't the best mileage as the gearing was high. Drove it home from the dealer with my Roxette cassette blasting from the stereo. Awesome memories.

@@oldtwinsna8347 Perhaps not, but if I could have ordered the car (I purchased mine in September, 1981) I would have specified the 3.23:1 gear ratio. Standard was a 2.14:1. The 3.8 also didn’t run particularly smooth.
