Ah, the joys of being a female trapper in hard or rocky ground. Can't set traps by hand, and hard to get stakes in. I was taught to use 4 rebar rods to steady a 330, but then someone came up with those stake things that you put the bottom jaws on and they keep the trap upright and in place. I think KB stabilizers? They work great on rocky bottoms. And yes, I have that same calk gun looking setter too. Oh, and I use a sled to haul traps in and critters out. I have gotten too fat for any waders sized for women, same with hip boots. And my boots I have are leaking lol. Rocky bottoms also necessitate cement blocks and rock cubbies.

I’ve got black walnuts around my house I soak the hulls in a bucket of water. it’s as black as night, free and obviously more natural smelling than paint and thinner

Is there a market for the carcass when you're done skinning. Can you use it for bait or will they not cannibalize. You sure are knocking them down nice work.

Great job!! Hammering the coyotes. I had an uncle who lived in Russell Ks. Went out there 2 times a yr bird hunting. Always wanted to trap it. Do u use a sent post set? If u do, could u show how you do it? Merry Christmas.

How do you keep track of all the sets? I always enjoy watching how calm cattle are around a trapped coyote. Had a herd of 90 cows grazing around a bouncing yote one time. Had to ease one out of the way to dispatch
