I use a very similar process...I heat my wax to 240 degrees and set them in it for 2 minutes...pushes the water right out of all the nooks and crannies...they come out perfectly sealed every time...

Is the wax pot 100% wax or some wax melted in a pot of water ? Thanks for sharing.

I put maybe a half an inch to an inch of water on the bottom of it and usually the water from my die pot then the rest is 100% wax
