However i have a dbs device in my brain so there is a wire running down my neck so its extremely hard to crack the right side of my neck i have to do a shrug the shoulder crack so it doesn't feel like the wires r stretching.

    I suddenly have this sharp pain under my shoulder blade area. I’m not sure if it’s the shoulder blade but it’s in that area. Certain angle of my arm or when I squeeze the shoulder blades together or maybe reach out there’s a sharp pain inside. It just suddenly came and been lingering for a month. What can it be? Is it serious? Or something else? And sometimes it hurts when I breathe in only at certain angles

      Nope actually the complete opposite. My practices has no maintenance programs. We are 100% problem -> solution. If you carefully listen to the entire video you would realize that core strengthening has its place for a few diagnoses however these are less common. Core strengthening rarely “fixes” the problem but it can provide relief. If you are in search of relief, then great, just expect it to come back again next time you do heavy deadlifts or back squats! If you want a solution so it doesn’t come back, then there are better treatment options available. Best of luck!

    I've been suffering from the exact same pain you described in the beginning of the video for 1.5years now. It began when i accidentally fell very hard directly on my shoulder and hit the right back side of by head against concrete. Since then, whenever i am more stressed, whenever i sit for long periods of time at my desk, after working out my upper back or shoulders, I have these "nots" , tension somewhere under my shoulder blade and neck. I also experience some discomfort in my collar bones when i extend my arms across my body, but I don't know if this is related to what's happening with my neck. I always feel like i want to pop my shoulder and neck. The pain gets really really annoying after 8pm. I've been looking for answers for so long, but doctors always told me that my shoulder is fine, without taking a look at my neck. I am going to visit my local chiropractor and actually get a diagnosis. I hope that i fially found the answer, thanks to you.

    He is the second person I've heard who said the injection was horrible. It's really shocking how much conflicting information is given about "curing" PF. I think this guy's advice is pretty good. I'm just getting over my 2nd bout of plantar faciitus. However, there is no way I could run or even walk any distance while suffering with PF. Unfortunately, the only way to get over PF, IMHO, is rest. And that means staying off your feet for EXTENDED periods. Tough to do for most people. I wear a night boot. You do get used to it, and it definitely helps. OTC (drug store) PF foot inserts help, as well as heel cups. His morning, easy stretches from the bedside helps a lot. Also I massage my soles, heels and toes with petroleum jelly, first thing in the morning. That stuff is really good for almost everything. The one main piece of advice is to know that most of the things given to CURE PF are really the things to PREVENT PF. Don't do those things (serious stretches) if you HAVE PF. They will only injure you further. There is no quick cure. Rest, time and patience is most important. Easy morning stretches, easy foot massage with PJ, PF insoles (inserts), heel cups (play around with combinations) and rest, rest, rest.

      @peakphysiotherapyperformance Год назад

      Thanks for the comment! The core strength can definitely impact performance - ability to lift heavier weights. Typically if your goals are to lift heavier focus should be placed on core strength, deep spine muscles and the posterior chain (glutes hamstrings, etc). The main focus of the video was to demonstrate the myth surrounding a weak core = back pain
