Great idea but I think you will be much happier with it a bit lower and about 45 degree instead of vertical, it won't fall out. I mix my oil in an old 1 qt. oil jug to keep it fresh and bar oil is in dish soap bottle for ease of handling. For what you're doing gas and oil could easily be on the screen also. Doing a great job. Greetings from the farm near Battle Creek, Mi.

You're doing a great job and pretty impressed with your work. Not your fault for cracks anyplace. In the 80's my buddy building pole barns on his own bought a J.D. 350. Amazing what the cute little thing can do but before long it was leaking coolant into the oil so I put new sleeves and pistons in it. Ran great but turns out it had a big crack in the frame than had been welded before. About midway of tracks. He eventually got divorced and dozer had to go of course. I'm certain it had a different style blade set up than yours though. A more modern design I think. Nice video, Thanks.

H, i I have a 350b dozer, it is a great machine. In the dead of winter -15 F in northern NY I start it with a paint striping heat gun, blowing it into the air intake, (take the air cleaner off) I do it for a about a minute before trying to start it. It works every time for me, Good luck and have fun!

I'll have to remember that one! Right now the dozer is parked for the winter while it gets some much needed upgrades (FOPS, new blade components, and a root rake) but I'll have to remember that if we wanna do some winter logging!

Thanks for the subscribe and the kind words. The dozer does work as it is for sure and I can still get a lot of work done, but the blade pins are more or less shot and can no longer angle left and right. I plan to fix it this winter, but just need to find the material to do so. Thanks!
