I have a 12,000 12 volt winch that i can hook to a tree to get out, works good and with a snatch block it will pull twice as much. Have fun!!

Great videos, l have the same problem with the elongated holes in the blade mounts,you mentioned you had filmed how you reworked them but havent had time to post it.i have some ideas but would love to see how you approached it.
