Can I buy one of your systems from you?
Why not use a BMP as a donor for the stug it will look more authentic, the 432 wheels are a dead give away.
Hi, it's awsome. Is it really harmless? I am worry about flames going back through pipes in gas tank .
This will not happen if you build and use the correct parts. Firstly, as the jets are very small this limits any chance of flash back, then you have the solenoid valves themselves which are closed when the flash occurs, I also have flash back arrestors in the gas lines and lastly I use regulators that have flash back arrestors built in. I believe that should answer your understandable question.

What happens when you increase size of the exhaust? Also making the chamber different sizes?
By altering the chamber size and the Exhaust size you will alter the sound. As a rule of thumb make the chamber size near to the size of the chamber of the real gun with the exhaust bore being slightly less so that there is some back pressure as otherwise you will not get a bang but a flash of flame.

I am afraid that each gun is different and I built this one for fun. It is really difficult to get it all into a SMG and it all depends on what solonids etc you can get> I have just built a Sten Mk5 with upgraded bits.

Also the sturmgeschutz III has 6 road wheels per side.
I hope you plan to put smaller road wheels on and increase the diameter of the idler in the rear. That would make the appearance more believable.
To do this would cost more than the budget would allow.

probable how many shot with 1 liter oxygen?
to be honest I have never tried to work it out, however I have used a bren for a whole weekend of battle re-enactment and not used an oxygen bottle up.

Is it cost too much to make new sprocket, load wheel and track? Though the upper part is very realistic, the driving system disclose that it is a replica.

Is there a wood replica version of this?
I did have a friend who used to make great wooden replicas but he has stopped doing them, however there is a company in Scotland who do fantastic hard rubber Lewis guns which have been cast from an original gun. the cating is so good you can read the markings. The company is called Shoot and Scoot a google search will find them.

no I have built smaller ones for SMGs etc but thge smaller the chamber the smaller the bang. I wanted to show the simple chamber as start.
