@@JulieLevinge Thank you! Happy Holidays to you as well. I am still following everything closely. I had concerns about oversaturation of the OMF Channel. Posting too much over a short period of time. I really was hoping my first video would have got out there more. It's probably one of the most important videos I created. The last video about LL being the Whistleblower is doing better than I thought. The point in the OMF Channel is to spread the message. Trying to figure out how best to achieve that. @@TheodorosX Watch my video of me putting it together. There is a part you need to turn. The first time I bought one, I took it back.

When you put the suction tube on, you have to turn it to the lock position the direction arrows are on the side of the tube. Let me know if that worked. Hope that helps!

@@williamhallett327 Very true! Most people really don't see it immediately. We now hear from many people who thought the police had a solid case earlier on. However, when they look deep into what is available to the public, the case begins to fall apart at many levels. D/S Paul Hughes eludes to that in the Operation Hummingbird video. They acted surprised the CPS was moving forward with charges. They appeared to lack confidence in their own case. Very bizarre behavior, in my opinion.

@@OperationMerlinFalcon Thank you, OMF - I think you can get data in relation to yourself (and I have done in the past), but it would seem that you can't in relation to named others. As far as I can tell - but I could be wrong about that.

@hopeisthething1965 True. They are not going to be able to hide behind that premise "we have an open case" forever. The police really shouldn't be able to hide behind that now. My experience has been when the case is closed, that information is available to the public. They closed many separate cases. Barrister McDonald should have legal experts working on that. There was an old saying from a Supreme Court Justice many years ago. "The best disinfectant is sunlight".

@@OperationMerlinFalcon Yes, a good saying that, OMF. I don't believe they can hide behind that line forever, either.

After all she was there for everything, according to the Investigators and Prosecutors. Our luck they'll figure out a way to exclude her from being the Whistleblower! Although, they couldn't exclude Lucy Letby from anything else.

@@iTCXtreme Thank you for the information. Do you happen to know at what point the public can review an authored and already served search warrant? Can we find this out? Where does someone get the answer to questions concerning those things?

@OperationMerlinFalcon i believe that with the ongoing enquiry police will not release this information, even under freedom of information.

@iTCXtreme I figured as much. I can see how they have sewn that avenue up really tight. In reality, they closed 7 cases and several other attempt murder cases. Information regarding those cases should be available to the public. I don't believe they overlap with any other cases they may or may not being working on. What are your thoughts? If the FOI was specifically separated out on 1 closed case? Would the UK court agree with that request, if taken to court on an FOI bases?

@OperationMerlinFalcon I don't believe it will happen. But most importantly, I believe she is innocent, and I hope the truth comes out.

As a senior nurse LL was certainly suspected of being the whistleblower! With what we now know happened to baby O, we are well aware why Breary had begun the bullying campaign against her( not his first, his record for bullying was so bad, he was due to be called in front of the GMC, could have resulted in him being struck off? But that didn’t happen because he found a serial killer on the ward??

@@JulieLevinge True, Staff shortages were listed on the risk register. Everyone knew about it, but did nothing.

@@JulieLevinge The straw that broke the camels back was when LL's parents threatened to report him to that board. Things went downhill for LL very quickly after that.

@hopeisthething1965 Mark, I think they calmed her down in the house. There was an 11 minute gap in that video. I think they sweet talked in the house, so they could try and get her in the interview. The problem they had was, she didn't know anything. Thank you!

@@JulieLevinge All, very good points. I can't even find whether or not the CoCH, Neonatal Ward had closed for the police to process the so called "place where all of the crimes had occurred". In all my years as a criminal investigator, I have never seen where the most important place where the crimes were supposed to have occurred, appears to have not been gone through with a fine tooth comb. Looking at everything, leaving nothing unturned! The best that I can tell they walked through the unit with a video camera. 1. No testing of IV or TPN bags. 2. No testing of vital equipment, such as Blood Gas Analyzers. 3. No testing of Resuscitation Equipment. 4. No testing of the Water taps and drains. 5. No Security Assessment Analysis. 6. No testing of donated baby milk. 7. No testing of refrigerators and other storage mechanisms for foods and medicines for babies. 8. Inventory lists of medications, such as sign out sheets. 9. Scrutiny of policy and procedures, licences for who and what they are allowed to treat. 10. Documentation of the exact qualifications level and staff levels to provide such services within those guidelines. 11. Exploration of former complaints and firings of employees. 12. Exploration of all the Rota schedules for Volunteers, Custodial personnel and other medical professionals who we now know performed clinical duties on the Ward, when they were busy. 13. List of the CQC Inspectors who were at the Crime Scene on February 16,17,18 & 19 of 2016. They claim a crime occurred on February 17, 2016 when Baby K deteriorated, but didn't seek out potential witnesses to the crime. Again, as a former investigator, I have never seen such incompetence. There appears to be an absence of experienced and seasoned Homicide Investigators on there team. Just my opinion. When I watched Operation Hummingbird, I just don't see it. The only one that may come close, is Darren Riley. 14. Supervision notes for each employee, Doctors, Nurses and other medical staff. They are required to have certain Supervisory Guidance measures in place. Nobody has talked about them and we haven't seen them. The Doctors were forced to write an apology. You know that triggered a Supervisory Guidance issue for those Doctors. I know they have them. I think the public should see what was written at that time about the situation. I don't think it would have been favorable. I could go on and on. Keep up the great work!

​​@@JulieLevinge The reason, I think Darren Riley is a seasoned Homicide Investigator, is that he told the truth about what his role was in the investigation. If you get a chance look at what he said. It's in one of my reviews of Operation Hummingbird. He said something along the lines of: He knew there was a case to answer, or why would they have brought us in on the investigation. He also said it was determined very quickly it was Letby. He was being honest about the investigation, as he knew the direction for which it was supposed to go. He also said he was given 2 Babies to investigate, when everyone was saying, each case had it's own investigator. How can you keep them separate, when he had two babies assigned to him? That doesn't make sense. He told the truth about that, and he gave Paul Hughes the investigation and results Paul Hughes wanted.. Experienced and seasoned Homicide Investigators know very well the ramifications of an untruth and Riley knows that everything, at some point can and will be subject to scrutiny. That's my opinion. All of that predetermined information floating around, shows the makings of an Investigative Paradigm.

@ He knew there was a case to answer because why else would they bring police in? First red flag,police are brought in to find that out???? As a medical case they are totally reliant on their medical experts? Unfortunately Dewi Evans had already volunteered, saying it’s my kind of case? How many other cases had he successfully been prosecution witness for? Evans has now recanted much of his evidence as experts expose it to be utter nonsense, simply saying she killed them another way? The entire case is a farce! A failing unity, litigation over baby deaths already happening! Multiple failings from sewage backing up into hand wash basins to drastic staff shortages leaving them unable to even guarantee ICU babies one on one care? Consultants seeing chronically sick babies twice a week instead of twice a day? Not only statistical evidence was wrong but also door swipe evidence! So misleading to jury so much so that it’s now doubtful Dr Brearey saw LL by the cot as he said in his evidence( another nurse looked very similar) Even Judge said it comes down to whether you believe Dr Blearey? His evidence was given years later after having mentioned nothing for over a year? This was a stitch up from the very start, even after years of investigation they still had zero evidence? That year there was an increase in premature infant death mortality across the country? Countess of Chester was one of worst performing neonatal units in the entire NHS, so in that context the deaths were not unusual at all.

John, do you remember if Evans told John Sweeney that he knew of LL's name, from the very beginning of his review of the medical documents for each baby? If he did, that contradicts what the Police stated in the Operation Hummingbird video about that information. Let me know what you think.

Can't say for definite but I think he said no he didn't know her name earlier,but for me it's obvious he did,plus the consultants went to a conference well before the trail and mark mayes is still asking for information on this as he swears evans attended.shalom.

@johnnewman6387 I listened to episode 4 of Sweeney's interview with Evans. I can't understand what he is saying about the names of all the nurses being on the Medical Records. He does tell John that LL's wasn't singled out, but he had to rephrase what he meant. Did he state that all the nurses and medical staff who cared for those babies (were) on the documents? I can't tell what he is trying to say. If all the nurses names were left on the medical records he examined, and she worked more hours, then who's name would he see more? LL's, I am thinking.

@@geoffpoole483 It's not about guilt or innocence with me. It's about right and wrong. Especially when it comes to how investigations are conducted. I plan show bit by bit of what a fiasco that investigation was.

PACE. If she was on medication a doctor would determine her fitness for interview.

@geoffpoole483 Operation Hummingbird video mentioned it. Does not mean they didn't violate her rights. I think it's odd they didn't use the first interview other than smear campaign with media. I think something went wrong, that is why they switched interviewers and we didn't hear about it much.

@@georgeharris3803 There was no confession, she admitted feelings of “ not being good enough” which as a nurse when you loose a patient is a very natural response. Can’t think of anything further from being a serial killer?

@@OperationMerlinFalcon Entire case was a witch hunt from start to finish. Her two main accusers had already been found guilty of bullying her & made to apologise? This began after she turned one of them down? Those two consultants were only seeing these severely sick babies twice a week instead of twice a day! One extremely premature, sick baby died age 3 days & had never been seen by a consultant! This was a failing unit already heavily involved in litigation over breathing tubes being incorrectly inserted, faulty equipment not being reported or fixed & sewage backing up into hand wash basin. Responsibility lies with the consultant’s, who should have ordered the unit to be closed until these problems were fixed. Since LL case the unit has been downgraded, no longer allowed to look after such vulnerable babies? If the problem was LL then why did this happen?

@@georgeharris3803 Thank you! In my opinion, I think it was more along the lines of having so many babies dying. Passing serious blame off on Letby was more of a afterthought, until she filed a grievance and wouldn't stay put in her new clerical role. If you remember, everything was fine until then.

@@johnnewman6387 Thank you for the information. I am familiar with the report about the 2 Doctors. Can you you get something more direct about Letby being a witness in the Investigative Inquiry, assuming Coroner's Inquiry?.

@@johnnewman6387 The 2016 CQC report noted the Countess did not hire a Bereavement Midwife. It also noted there was a designated cott on the Neonatal Ward for babies who had passed away.
