@@ruthbashford3176 Ruth, there are so many avenues with regard to the swipe card data, the extra door on the Neonatal Ward with no swipe card device, the unsecured door to the courtyard from the Neonatal Ward and let's throw in the Hospital Security Breach relating to the unsecured roof hatch for good measure. A good lawyer could build a solid argument based on those things. I could go on and on. Great observations !
The Devil is in the details in this case. So much depends on the medical and scientific evidence too, that equally doesn't stand up to scrutiny! Thank you for your efforts, in the end, it really will be the truth, however ugly, that sets Lucy free.
Some of the personnel assisting with the investigation were drafted in who had worked on the Victorino Chua's case. Another very concerning case where a male nurse was convicted of murdering patients with insulin.
@@julieyates405 I was looking at the case simply because of the IV bag MO. Didn't give it much thought after that. However, I think the reasons for me looking at that case, was trying to use a comparison strategy to the LL case. I have briefly entertained the idea there may have possibly been a copycat to that case. Maybe someone could have had an opportunity to enter the Countess, to harm those babies. Still would not rule out that possibility.
@ It crossed my mind someone could be trying to frame Lucy but on deeper investigation there’s serious concerns about the reliability of the lab results. A lot of work has been done around this we should share with you. One of the biggest problems may have been the lack of oversight and input from a neonatologist and largely absent paediatricians.
@julieyates405 I understand the lab results issue. That seems to be covered by the experts who have come forward. Not sure about the potential framing of LL though. You would have to sell me in that one. The Neonatalogist is new to me. The Paediatricians not making rounds when they were assigned? I assume you have solid information on that?
Multiple flaws in this entire case! These police actually got an award for investigating this case?😳 Hope they’re forced to return it with the shame they deserve! Staff were “discouraged”from giving evidence for LL?

You raise a lot of good points here which show clearly the many flaws in the investigation. Great work.

I would think getting the swipe card data wrong would be enough for an appeal on its own, there's no way of knowing where Lucy Letby actually was.
