Obviously someone pull that fish up from deep depth and released it . That fish needed the belly poked to release the air . The fish most likely couldn’t swim back down cause it was bloated . Happens a lot

Yozuri hydro minnow has gotten me a 42” 41” 40” and countless 30” bass this year.

No way can I be sure, but it looks like the gills are still red. It is freshly dead. I wonder if somebody caught it and in the process is taking the hook out it blood to death or was injured.
