Is there a universal LCD controler for a 2kW Vevor diesel heater with true thermostat? I mean thermostat that will actually turn the heater off after reaching the temp, and turn it back on when the temperature drops? Or is the only option really just external thermostats soldered to the controler?

I have two of these units. I would not recommend them. They are a wretched to program and some of the options to adjust power modes will show up on one and not the other. Great video but spend the extra money on a better product.

i noticed that some vevor heaters come with a control knob. i was wondering if the knob was "plug and play", and if i could replace the simple knob with an LCD display instead?

honestly though, most used vans are previously owned by companies. vans are basically commercial vehicles for people who aint got a heavy truck license. its impossible to find a used van at a reasonable price without dents, scratches, rust, and/or other damages. for people doing van life: keep this in mind. if you still want to avoid all of the damages, go take a bank loan and buy a factory new van instead. sure it'll cost you an arm and a leg but its the only thing you got without damages.

I've stumbled across this video when my heater randomly turned itself on this morning. I don't think it's malfunctioning however more like me accidentally setting an automatic setting. I've now turned one off after watching your video but wanted to check how I get to setting 2 and 3 as I can't? I've wondered am I not able to get to 2 and 3 because I don't have a setting one on? This is absolutely fine if it's the case, I just don't want to return to the heater running again - thanks so much!!

I have the error 05 and yes my warm air is blowing towards a painted wooden wall about 5cm away. I put 4 individual tubes on the 4 outlets and there's a 90 degree bend as soon as the warm air exits. I will have to cut through the wooden wall soon. Hopefully it will fix it

How do you show the run time instead of the clock when running ?

Mine gave the 08 error because the fuel froze on a cold night. It tried several times to light , now the screen is dead. Nothing will get it going again

The fuel was taking forever to come through the line so I primed it for 5 minutes. Not such a good idea as it went through the heater and poured out the bottom. 🫣 Don't over do the priming

Joke this is , there’s lots of reasons not mentioned for all the codes E-8 you failed to mention that the bloody pump isn’t working the most obvious yet you failed to mention it , the problem with the pump but kicking in is a multitude of possible reasons

I'm getting some issues with my 3 month old diesel heater. I came home and it was coming up e10. I gave it a prime and changed the hz on it and it seemed to work ok fir like 40 mins but now it's shutting off by itself and is struggling to start up. I just put fuel so it's not that. What's the most common things to check this early? Fuel line? Glow plug?

Do you prime it everytime? How long for?

I've ordered two of the HLN 2000W heaters and while the service and responsiveness have been great, they have both given me an E1 (load short circuit) error. I'm using the harness they provided, and my power source is a Bluetti 200Max. Did you guys have any issues on your setup with the HLN 2000W? (I'm using the new wireless controller).
